If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible company to deal with once they have your money. I bought Nutriblend over 3 weeks ago and had 1 confirmation email when I ordered. 2 emails now chasing up and no reply. Ill have to chase my CC company up now for a refund.

Yet again waited over a week for delivery and still not here. Very slow at answering e-mail inquiries regards delivery and even when they do say expected tomorrow it still doesn't arrive.
Would avoid at all cost as certainly won't be using for a third time.

Customer service none existent! No reply to emails. No info on tracking or delivery! Have to wait 15 days so my bank can claim the money back. Never again will i purchase from here. My Chicks needed the crumb and i ordered in plenty of time but still did not arrive after they hatched. I have reordered from somewhere else now. No phone number either. Absolutely not the way to run a business and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible communication and lies
I placed an order asking for it to be sent out ASAP, was told it would be sent as a priority. 4 days later, no sign, emailed 4 times, eventually for a response saying they have forgotten to send request to expedite ASAP. Would receive order next day, did not arrive. Emailed, no reply. Being fobbed off and ignored. Luckily paid word PayPal and they're raising a dispute and given me my money back.

I ordered a 15kg bag of Prestige Parrot Food on Friday 17th April 2026. I received a receipt & order invoice by email within seconds. My order arrived today within the 5 working day timeline , was in undamaged packaging. If I'm being honest, I panicked a bit after reading reviews. However, the service from order to delivery has been perfect.
Terrible
Ordered on 12 April still showing as processing. Emailed for an update but no response. Luckily I paid by PayPal so raised a dispute with them & have received a full refund.

Order not delivered and now the email address no longer works for customer service. It's either a scam business or they are incompetent.
No delivery - zero response from customer service
What has happened with this company? Money taken but no delivery received, no response to emails, no contact number on website. I eventually found a number on Google, but automated response requesting a box number to leave a message. They used to be so good. I am not confident my request for a refund will even be opened so I will be requesting a refund via my credit card.
Urgent Update - this company's email address is now rejecting emails saying the domain could not be found.
No communication from Little Peckers…
No communication from Little Peckers what so ever to explain why my order placed three weeks ago has not been delivered. The most infuriating thing is there is no phone number to ring them for a quick update and emails have gone unanswered until the day of delivery
and then they blame the delivery company.

Order LP61437 being processed for shipping for 8 days, emailed 4 times to cancel and get refunded, no response. It appears they are scammimg me.
Nothing received, poor customer services
Order placed, confirmation email sent by Little Peckers and money taken. So far, so good. Then nothing. Nothing sent by the company. No responses to my emails asking what has happened to my order. Very, very poor customer services. I'm not convinced I am ever going to receive my order. And now I've read previous reviews, I wish I'd never ordered from this company.

This time I ordered £80 of fish food NO delivery email them several times tried phoning them no answer emailed the delivery people telling me it's being sent tried calling them only to get a instant voicemail saying being delivered .very poor

Dont throw your money away!…
Dont get me wrong they have a good choice of food and are fairly priced but thats where it ends. Not only has my order not been sent out but they also completely ignore me when i contact customer service. Its been a week of ignorance and not one single update! Good job i paid with a credit card
No delivery, no information, no contact...
Ordered some layers pellets a week and a half ago, and they still haven't arrived. Emailed the company to query, and have had no response yet. Tracking with the 'Shop' app shows it hasn't even been dispatched yet! No contact phone number available - feel badly let down by this company, and wish I'd checked the recent reviews here before ordering. Will not order from them again.
