If I could leave no stars I would .I placed an order beginning of August and have never received it .they took my money nearly £17with postage .they did email me once only to say they will resend my order .I still havnt received order .no phone no to call the shop and not getting back to me on email .why should they have my money and I have no order .I will not be using them again and am seriously dissatisfied with my service 😒

Absolutely shocking company!!! Sent me a broken feeder , and the black sunflower seeds had come out all inside the box as there was no lid on the tub it was broken.
I will not buy from this company ever again and only wish i had checked there reviews before buying, and i implore anyone please go to other sellers and not these. Complete utter shambles just want your money. if it was possible i would rate it -zero stars

This shockingly egotistical, arrogant, rude, incompetent and disrespectful company should cease trading.
They do not value their customers at all in any way. You are totally ignored if you reach out to them.
Phone lines are never answered.
I simply do not understand how any organisation can function with this level of appalling service to its customers.
They can’t fulfil a small order in 9 days ! They refuse to respond to my request to cancel the order. It’s a horror show.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service. Orders don't arrive. When you email to ask what's happening, you get rude, unhelpful response. I wish I'd checked on here before ordering from them. Don't order anything you want delivering promptly!

I’d give a zero but no option for that!! Placed an order on August 18th and when no delivery emailed to ask when to expect delivery had an email apology and order would be shipped. I’ve emailed twice more had no response.

Oh dear, I should have come here first. I ordered floating duck food (had 1 previous order without problems, so 50% failure rate at the moment) Emailed customer service within minutes of receiving layer pellets. With pictures. . 24hours later... Nothing. Not even "We are investigating"
As others have said there is no phone number so you cannot even talk to them. Have sent another email today so will update you on what happens... IF anything happens. I would stay away from companies that give you nothing but an email address.
UPDATE AS PROMISED..
After 3 business days hearing nothing, I contacted PayPal to get a refund. This was issued within 24 hrs and shortly afterwards I got an email from Little Peckers apologising for the lack of contact and saying they would sort it. The refund was made and a free pack of duck food delivered and the wring pack taken back. Still unsure if I would use them again, but at least they did eventually put things right with the wrong delivery and also refunded my money. So apart from the time taken and having to go through PayPal, I could not ask for a better outcome.

Very unhappy with the service received. Ordered on 3rd August. Yodel supposedly tried to deliver it on 13th August. They say I refused delivery because the goods were damaged, none of which is true. Miraculously they then said they were going to deliver the next day! Presumably the packages had healed themselves overnight. I tried to contact Little Peckers but there is no phone number that works. Emailed to csncel order but no response. I will be refusing delivery assuming it eventually happens. Order ref LP51634

They even don't deserve one star . Order not received, multiple emails sent, nothing answered. Reporting to HMRC . Scam company.

Same as the other reviews placed an order nearly been a month and not received anything. Tracking says item sent back to sender. Waiting to hear back from them for refund.

Having bought from this company before and had no problems, I thought I would buy again. However, this time I ordered on 11th July and still haven't received anything by 21st July. Contact number DOESN'T connect, Emails DON'T get answered !! I'm now left trying to get money back...AVOID PURCHASING FROM THEM

Waited over two weeks for order and no reply from sent emails, finally sent another email and had immediate response ( they had been on holiday) they apologised and I received my order next day , which was exceptional delivery and yes I will be ordering again as I have used before and no problems.👍🏻

Well, my error, I give reviews but failed to check first as used last year and all was fairly good. I ordered some duck chick grow-on sack of feed. It has been already a week and only today am I pinged to say its on its way! The food was fine for my
Mallard chicks when ordered but now its going to be half waisted. I emailed as cant ring but failed to get a reply. I'm annoyed that I failed to check reviews & unlikely to use them in the future as its just too slow turnround for rapid growing livestock a shame price was reasonable. Probablyfine if its a re-order for adult birds . It would have also be helpful for a photo of the actual sack contents. Yodel did a decent delivery albeit, a few hours late. The issue is timeliness prior to the supplier getting it out.

Item not delivered. Contacted customer service who were very slow to respond. Finally responded promising a resolution of sending the product out “tomorrow”. 15 days after the promised resend, no product, no responses to over 15 emails and just completely ignoring me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and basically steal your money without sending products.

I made an order with Little Peckers which was apparently dispatched as I had a notification from Yodel when this would be delivered. This never arrived so I checked the tracking and this showed the package was damaged and a "delivery exception" had occurred.

I emailed Little Peckers to ask if they were aware and to check that they would be resending my order. I have since emailed again as I have had no reply and needed my order quite urgently. Conveniently there seems to be no telephone number on their website.

I have never received any response to my emails and it seems from other reviews that this is a common theme. Either their customer service is just abysmal or this is a scam. I am now having to seek a refund via my credit card company and have had to reorder elsewhere.

I would highly advise that anyone avoids buying from this company.

I have ordered from Little Peckers, often I have had to chase up on orders being told that they were waiting on stock.

Unfortunately my last order they sent 4 of the incorrect product, I have now contacted them twice and no response in 7 days.

Do not order from them, go elsewhere. It may cost more but at least you'll get the right items and they'll actually turn up

Never received order. Emailed company and they don’t reply. Contacted PayPal with evidence for a refund. . Thankfully paypal refunded my money.

Very disappointed and frustrated with the poor service of this company.

Placed an order for chicken feed 30th June and it’s still not arrived. Seems to be perpetually stuck in ‘preparing shipment’ with no end in sight of it ever actually being delivered.

I’ve emailed customer services several times as that appears to be the only way you can get through to them, but I’ve had no response. I suspect the fact they have no social media or telephone number you can reach them on is a deliberate move due to the very poor service they provide.

I’m now left out of pocket with no way I can see to get a refund or seemingly ever get my feed.

Do not shop with this company.

I ordered seed on the 19th of June, after many broken promises of delivery times, ive requested a refund.... totally being ignored now, they will not reply to any emails. Its now 7th July.
Ive contact citizens advice & they are sending me a letter to fill out & post it to them by recorded delivery and trading standards will be informed by the citizens advice, ive also got to go up the bank to ask them to step in.
Ive also spoken to others having the same trouble with little peckers...
This company maybe a little cheaper with seed eggfood but they just take your money and run.... apparently, I've also heard they're going into liquidation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE..

I too, like some other people, am a returning customer to LittlePeckers and never had a problem. My latest order, however, has not arrived and seems to be stuck in some sort of 'Awaiting dispatch hell' with no tracking information or updates and the item is in stock. The problem for me is there is ZERO response from the company who are REFUSING to ANSWER EMAILS. I don't want to write off £30 because a company can't operate in a professional or business like way. I either want a RESPONSE, or a REFUND as is my right. And by the way, you really need to have a contact number in this day and age.
