Spoke to Riz on the phone, quite friendly, non judgemental and gave me all the help that i needed, very patient as well. Over all good customer service.

I have been calling and emails constantly over a month now and made a formal complaint. Even my legal team and contacted them and they still haven't sent the documentation needed. I need this document this week. No one has acknowledged my complaint or even sent the documentation requested numerous of times.

Scammers. I was a victim of identity fraud many years ago and they are trying to force me to pay a "debt" for a credit card obtained by the fraudster which is 23 years old. They are threatening to take my house to pay it. Reported to Police and Report Fraud who say what they are doing is illegal and they are committing a criminal offence by pursuing me but they won't stop. Reported to FCA and asking them to rescind their credit licence due to criminal activity.
