I have used LinITX over a number of years for small form factor components and networking equipment. Their webshop is fast and smooth, range and prices are good, and delivery is quick.

They are readily available on IRC and by phone to help with any queries, and were very helpful when I had an urgent request for some additional equipment.

A go-to resource for wireless and network equipment. Helpful support and reliable deliveries. Highly recommended.

I ordered a device which turned up as a Euro product. I immediately ran off to find a suitable british cable for the device(a cloverleafed kettle lead). I should have checked the LinITX box better. Packed with the device was such a suitable cable. Someone obviously paying attention over there at LinITX. Thank you.

I've bought from LinITX many times over the last decade. They sell good products at reasonable prices, are responsive when you need help, and anything in stock is always dispatched same day within reason. A most excellent crew. I often find myself wishing they sold things they don't stock just because it's a pleasure to buy from them rather than some of their competitors.

They provided a good service and were great at dealing with a delivery issue (which was not their fault) very promptly.

I have been dealing with this firm since 2009 and have always had a very positive experience. Their products and prices are excellent, and their returns department has always been incredibly helpful. I've no hesitation in recommending them as a first-class supplier!

I really appreciate the *honest* stock levels on the LinITX website (compared to some other suppliers who have everything in stock but deliver nothing). Ordering process is painless and all products delivered the next day in good condition. LinITX also provided me some excellent pre-sales advice regarding starting my WISP - this was provided without question and outside the context of an order being placed. 100% recommended.

Their website is up-to-date and reliable. If they say it's in stock then they physically have that unit available for sale right, unlike some other sites, and delivery is always next day if order in time. They are very good on returns if there is a genuine fault. There is helpful advice available pre-sales to make sure right kit is bought.

I can't fault these guys. Always eager to help. They know their stock inside and out. Never any hassle if on occasion something proves to be faulty (or not!). Forget the rest. There is only Linitx

I have been using LinITX for some years now. I have always found them easy to work with. I attended an excellent Mikrotik training course last year and was very impressed at their thorough approach.

I buy a lot of my supplies from LinITX and will continue to do so.

I had some queries about choosing the specific models of wireless kit I needed and the guy on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Seems they don't just sell the stuff they really know the products well as was proven when I had some questions a week later when I was trying to set the link up (Thanks for your patience Dave!). Selecting, checking out and communications was brilliant. I got emails at every stage of the order process and the courier DPD even sent me a text message giving me the exact arrival time of the parcel and I could even track his van on the way to my front door. Brilliant service and a rarity these days! :)

I bought a high quality, and difficult to find, PSU from Linitx a short while ago.

As you may know, PSU's can emit coil whine, the volume of which varies from unit to unit, and can run from silent to irritating. This one was a bit too loud for me, as it was intended for a silent, fanless PC.

I unboxed it over a month after purchase, and so didn't expect to be able to get a refund or replacement, but thought I'd give it a try.

I needn't have worried, Linitx not only offered a refund, but went way beyond the call of duty, kindly testing a batch of units in order to find the quietest available.

Fantastic service, and a pleasure to deal with, whether over the phone or by email.

I wanted an actual router, and they sent me one, next day delivery. Can't ask for more than that.

Ordered Unifi products for next day delivery, called them at 16:00 as delivery had not arrived, turned out that the courier had miss shipped at the hub. As I needed the items I was going to drive to their premises to collect (about 50miles).

Even though the late delivery was not directly their fault their member of staff offered to meet me half way.

This was a level of service I did not expect.

Good prices, quick delivery (next day actually). The constant order updates keep you informed every step of the way. Highly recommended.
