Great firm, great people, great products!

LinITX has good prices and very quick shipping. I ordered my first Wireless AP from them and it arrived the next day. The second one took two days, but that was over a weekend in the middle.

Their email system is verbose and gives multiple updates before the package is shipped, which is handy.

In a world where ordering online from faceless vendors, getting decent but unremarkable service is the norm, it is a hugely refreshing change to deal with a vendor who has real knowledge and fantastic communication. Totally recommended.

As a fairly new installer of WIFI related technology I have found the services and product range provided by LinITX to be beyond comparison. I have a pretty good understanding of the technology and I am currently undergoing several training courses to become a fully accredited WIFI installer. Some of my customers from my main company have not wanted to wait for me to launch my official service so with the help of LinITX I have been able to carry out some fairly complex installs.

I would particular like to thank Jake for his help and support, to the extent of staying in work on Christmas Eve after hours to help me through a rather tricky install for a very particular customer.

Easy to place orders via website and fast delivery. I had a few enquiries which were dealt with in a speedy fashion by the customer service team. I have only recently started to use LinITX, but I would recommend them to anyone and we'll be a regular customer from now on!

Buying from linitx has cost me at least 4 days of my life so far.

They sent a more expensive item and I foolishly notified them of their mistake. This meant that I couldn’t use it when I’d planned to and had to delay plans.

They said they’d send the correct item and asked me to arrange FedEx collection and print return labels. They didn’t provide an actual process to arrange the return with FedEx. That’s strike 1 - making me find a printer and work to fix their mistake.

I raised that with them and they agreed to send shipping labels with the correct item and arrange collection. So I had to wait around for a second day for thand delivery of the item I actually ordered.

Then I sat around for a full day waiting for FedEx to collect. FedEx didn’t show up. Failure 2. I notified linitx and asked them to investigate and arrange a new pickup. I didn’t hear anything back for 4 days and yesterday just got a mail to say they’d arranged FedEx pickup for today. No explanation for why the first one didn’t happen.

All of this could have been avoided if I’d just kept quiet about getting a better spec product than the one I ordered. Honesty was clearly not the best policy here!

Only started using recently and have been impressed with the quality of service and professionalism.
