Responsive and went out of their way to find a discontinued product (That Ubiquiti themselves do not stock). A class service - would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic service! I found myself short of a few keystone connectors right at the end of a project after miscalculating what I needed. They came through quickly and absolutely saved my bacon.

Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, and everything was installed within a couple of days. No problems, no delays, just fast and efficient service from start to finish.

Item arrived and doesn’t function properly, after wasting 2 days troubleshooting with the OEM and testing many possibilities, they still insist on receiving the item for further testing themselves, meaning I’ll be without the item I HAVE PAID FOR for even longer.

Great experience. The product arrived promptly and the whole reason I went with these guys is that the price was competitive.

Having some renovations works done at my house and had the opportunity to overhaul my current Netgear Orbi Mesh System and Hik Vision CCTV and wanted one system. Explained my internet and Ethernet configuration at my home and Luke talked me through the entire process. It took two weeks from start to finish changes in my home configurations and building work so I had several calls and emails with Luke going through different options. His technical & customer service, knowledge was brilliant and consistent throughout. The entire process is efficient, all items in stock and was delivered the next day. Quite often I’m concerned with IT/Electrical equipment packaging but it’s was packaged and padded out. The solution and all products worked seamlessly and was easy to set up.

LinITX have a wide range of products and knowledgeable staff, they aren’t just people who sell products, they genuinely understand how it works.

Luke in support certainly knows his stuff. I've called him a couple of times whilst setting up a MikroTik router.

He guided me through the setup for vodafone and on my second call helped me lock the router to increase stability. Great service.

All of the Ubiquiti Devices that we received from Linitx arrived in perfect condition and Linitx quickly checked and sent me a full refund for the Ubiquiti U7 Pro XG that we returned, (because it had very poor WIFI performance), so from now on: if I need more devices Linitx will be in pole position.

Just prior to ordering from Linitx, (who I found Linitx by googling), I had send back three of the four managed Ubiquiti Flex Mini 2.5g switches that I had ordered together with a Ubiquiti UCG Fiber, that I had bought from another Ubiquiti Supplier, (with "Broadband" in its name), who had sent me Ubiquiti Devices, (that were all supposedly brand new), that all had small marks upon them so we sent three of the managed switches back the to other supplier as all of the items that we had received from them were all either graded goods, returned items or were items with Manufacturers Defects but all of the Ubiquiti Items that we received from Linitx arrived in perfect condition so in hindsight I should have just sent everything back to the other supplier and reordered everything from Linitx who supply the correct goods are are a much better company to deal with.

Amazing service and support. If you are buying Mikrotik kit you will get the best help available in the UK - and for a system that is really versatile & stable but devilishly hard to configure. Linitx are the go-to experts, I can strongly recommend them
