Got my last set of tires from Les Schwab. Tried to get another set & they wouldn't quote me on same exact factory size tires, trying to pawn off their "equivalent size" after market, tires for a price-gouging $2500.00 which is $1200.00 over maximum retail price (price-gouging) too big & UNSAFE for my truck because they already had the wrong size in stock. It's not that they couldn't order the right size tire, it's that they wouldn't.
Seniors beware.

They were quick and responsive to all my questions. I felt like I was Adam's priority. He worked out a good deal for new tires and rims. He was able to order them in and get them put on quickly after. They worked around my schedule. He went above and beyond to make this an easy quick transaction. I will be recommending them to family and friends. I will be getting all my future tires there. Thanks Adam!!!

If I could give the Les Schwab in Kimberly, Idaho and Romero a 10 star I would. I had a screw in my flat bed trailer that was loaded with a side by side. I drove in and within 15 minutes I was back on the road. This is a new shop but I have always leaned on Les Schwab when traveling or having a tire issue. They have always been amazing (except one shop in La Pine, Oregon). This shop definitely gets my next tire replacement! Thanks Ramiro!

I was a little apprehensive about taking my car to Les Schwab, they are rather new to my area and the reviews tend to be largely negative. That being said, my experience was just the opposite. They were friendly, explained everything, completed on time and even arranged for a Lyft ride home and back to the shop free of charge. They were not pushy on upsale services, they gave me a quote to consider and honestly at this point I will probably take my car back for those services when I can afford it. As for the price, I know online reviews express that they're more expensive but the cost was right inline with my experience putting new tires on my other vehicles at other service shops, plus they have a great warranty included - which the other shops did not include without an additional fee so I feel like it all evens out in the end. Overall I am impressed with the service I received at Les Schwab and would highly recommend taking your car to them. For what it's worth, the location I visited was in Apple Valley Minnesota. They were very professional, friendly, and punctual. Thank you Les Schwab Apple Valley, you will see me again!

I went to store #468, Worthington, Mn., and was greeted by Keyon, before I could even get out of my vehicle! That was awesome! He asked what services I needed, and assisted me through the process. I originally only wanted a tire repair, but I knew I needed some sensors on my valve stems. He promptly got me a quote, so I let them put the sensors in. This is where Tyler, the assistant manager came in and helped Keyon with the job. They worked on my vehicle together, got the job done, and I was on my way down the road! They're my New-Go-To people. I need a little more work done on the same vehicle, so I'll be bringing it back to the guys in Worthington, Mn, store #468. Thank you very much for all y'all do, at Les Schwab!

My vehicle was leaking oil, took it to Les Schwab for service, as they were the ones who the care of my last oil change. It was discovered my oil filter had failed.
The team replaced my filter and gave me a complete new oil change. All at No Charge! Way to back up your warranty Les Schwab!? I will be back!!

I paid Les Schwab for a brake job, but the brake work listed on my invoice was not completed. I was charged for services I did not receive, which raises a serious concern about the accuracy of the billing and has caused me a financial loss.

I contacted the store to report the issue and request a resolution. I am demanding a full refund for all services that were not completed, not merely a partial adjustment or store credit. Please review the work order, confirm in writing which services were actually performed, and refund the full amount charged for any work that was not completed.

Worst tire center I’ve ever been to. Came in for a tire rotation. Made an appointment for 3:pm. Showed up, said I would be waiting and waited 2 hours. They called my office and told it was done and they called me in the waiting room to let me know. Every time I come here to the broadway store they screw something up. Not sure how they stay in business. They show no care at all

They were very responsive and quick with my repair. Humberto was great!

Took car in for tire with sidewall leak knowing it needed replacement. Found right front was almost bald. So needed an alignment as well. Made appointment, brought in, allignment said nothing out? Obviuosly right side bald, left side looked fine. Something wrong but no further examination? Put on new tires and left. But would not trust again. Have to find better mechanic.

With winter just around the corner, it was definitely time for a new set of tires. I called several tire shops to compare prices and see what brands they had available before making a decision.

I initially spoke with Nick over the phone, and he took the time to answer all of my questions while providing a couple of tire options for my vehicle. He was patient, calm, and informative. I later called back because I had forgotten the tire brand names, and John was just as pleasant, taking the time to explain the difference between scheduling an appointment and simply walking in.

We ultimately chose Les Schwab in Fallon, and I’m glad we did. This was our first visit, and even though they were incredibly busy, the staff remained friendly, organized, and kept everything moving efficiently. Having an appointment made the process even smoother, and we were checked in quickly, although appointments aren’t required and walk-ins are welcome.

We decided on the Reputation 2 tires, and one of the biggest selling points was the added peace of mind that comes with them—an 80,000-mile warranty, road hazard protection, and free maintenance, all handled directly through Les Schwab. Just a little over an hour later, my car was ready to go with its new tires.

Overall, it was a great first experience from start to finish. The excellent customer service, efficient process, and value of the tires made the experience an easy one to recommend. I wouldn’t hesitate to return the next time I need tires or any other tire-related services.

I complained about my tires making noise, they said it was the wheel bearings. They said its the front bearings and was $900-plus to repair and they wouldn't stand behind their tires. Went to Arthur Mechanic and it was a back axel bearing and the tires were cupping and they missed it and now they said the problem is the shocks, and they still won't stand behind their tires and just kept making excuses. As of now I won't be back!

Wish I could give zero stars, wont recommend!

I ended up with 1500.00 of car damage I only owned the car 6 months now I have to take it elsewhere to get my car fixed correctly and that's going to cost me an extra 3,000.00. it happened at the Worthington location

Worst service I've had in years. I took two new 16" tractor rims and tires to Les Schwab to have the tires mounted. The charge was $65 for mounting only-no balancing or other services-which already seemed a little expensive. After I got home and installed one wheel, I discovered the other tire was flat. I inflated it to the recommended pressure and immediately heard air leaking, so back to the store. The tech "repaired" the leak and said they would call when it was ready. After waiting about 4 hrs with no call, I contacted the store and was now told it had been ready. When I got home again, I found the second tire had dropped to 5 psi. I made yet another trip back, and this time I was told both tires required tubes, at an additional cost of $80. In the end it took six trips back and forth before the tires were finally mounted correctly. What disappoints me the most is that I would have expected Les Schwab either to recognize from the beginning that tubes were needed or, at the very least to check for leaks before telling me they were ready. Mistakes happen, however at no point did anyone apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the repeated trips. Discount Tire is a few miles further from my home, but after this experience I will never return Les Schwab again.

Stopped to get front end alignment. Talked into a new set of tires which was ok. However, they refused to do the alignment unless I paid $145 for lane senser camera alignment. Then after I left, I noticed they charged Tire Pressure Monitoring System Rebuild Kit for all 4 tires at $9.25 per tire. What a rip off. I'll never be back and I will tell anybody that will listen to me.

Gary assisted us with a breakdown from start to finish, his communication was exceptional and his willingness to help was above and beyond exceptional. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Thank you Gary!

Tire went flat near Seattle, Washington at 5pm. Les Schwab, Shoreline, kept their store open for an additional 30 minutes (from 6-6:30pm) to service my tire. Thank goodness I purchased from Les Schwab as they gave me a new tire and serviced all my tires with air as needed at no cost. We were able to eat popcorn and watch MLB while we waited. I have only had hire quality service and customer care from this company.

I went into Les Schwab today and told them I had a nail in my driver's side rear. A young man by the name of Gabriel got on the ground pulled the nail. As I was telling him that I had a warranty on my tire yet the car dealer didn't fix tires. As I was going in to do the paper work he stated oh it will not cost you a thing. And the young man to help him with the repair by the name of Matt were both outstanding individual. Thank you for taking care of me and the car.

Had shocks and struts put on my car at the Marshall MN. Location. Less than ten miles down the road after repair the bolts that hold front strut came out going down the road. This damaged cv joint which they replaced. This was more down time and the car had a noise in the front. Took the car to another local shop which showed me pictures of how les scwab had not installed strut on the passenger side correctly. This shop then adjusted it so it was correct and the noise in the front went away. Judging how poorly les shwab is at putting shocks and struts on a vehicle I would not recommend them for any work on a vehicle.

Not to be trusted. Scheduled free insurance damage estimate, presented with $135 alignment charge instead.
Scheduled appointment for left front rattle. Replaced all four struts for $1400 repair. Rattle remains and no improvement in ride whatsoever. Left front dent in fender after work completed.
