I got my police certificate as no trace finally! I had a very tight timeline and Matt understood my situation. He heard me out and processed everything without any delays. I have been readily impressed with the professional service that Matt has provided during his instruction on my case to remove a caution dating from years ago. One stupid mistake as a young adult has stayed with me for years and caused me lots of anxiety and worry since it's occurrence, especially as I have now moved overseas.
