The delivery drivers Frank and Mark were so very friendly and helpful. My cottage is quirky and deliveries such as this can be troublesome. They worked out the best way to get the settee in without fuss and with a smile on their faces!

Helpful from the very start of the purchasing process. We were clearly informed about delivery schedules and how we could dispose of our existing and somewhat problematic furniture. Delivery of the new sofas was exemplary. We were given a two hour window which was meticulously met and Adam and Carl installed the order without difficulty and were polite and extremely careful. Lee Longlands have been brilliant
Lee Longlands have been brilliant. From the guy in the Cheltenham branch to the delivery drivers, Nathan and Lee.
I was contacted with a two hour window for delivery. Arrived in the middle of the time slot.
Both guys were polite, efficient and professional. Both were really friendly.
All in all I would recommend Lee Longlands to anybody who asks.

Overall very happy!
Amazing quality furniture, very happy with the look and feel, especially at a reasonable price point.
Delivery from Richard and Adam was 10/10. Brought it exactly where I wanted with no faff. Efficient, tidy and all round nice guys.
Only downside is that the lead time was slightly longer than anticipated for the sofa, but overall it’s been worth the wait!

Frank and Mark were both extremely polite and professional. They carried our new bed up to our third floor, assembled it quickly and efficiently and left everything tidy afterwards. Viv was amazing! From the second we entered the shop she gave us a warm friendly/ professional welcome. Excellent experience
Fantastic experience with this company when we bought our sofa. They are a very professional company and we would highly recommend them. Delivery was around 7 wks which exceeded all expectations. On a more negative note I have had to edit my review with regards to delivery with Adam and Carl as we were annoyed to hear from our neighbour recently that they had blocked his drive and when asked to roll forward slightly he was told he would have to wait! There was plenty of room for them to move and they should not be blocking driveways anyway. They did remove all rubbish however but that was part of the service. Can’t fault anything else though. We will be using you again.

Superb Premium Service
We popped into the Peterborough branch just to peruse and saw a bed we absolutely loved. Penny/Pennie(?) was a wonderful salesperson. No pressure, answered our questions and was more than happy when we left without a purchase to think it over and weigh up our options. Upon returning Penny was on hand to deal with our order, explained everything perfectly clearly and really looked after us.
The bed was delivered in the time frame we expected, Adam and Carl were courteous and efficient with the installation and everything was absolutely as we expected it to be.
Cannot fault the experience we had. Even when I had a query and need to call the customer sales they were extremely polite, helpful and resolved my query in no time at all.
