We popped into the Peterborough branch just to peruse and saw a bed we absolutely loved. Penny/Pennie(?) was a wonderful salesperson. No pressure, answered our questions and was more than happy when we left without a purchase to think it over and weigh up our options. Upon returning Penny was on hand to deal with our order, explained everything perfectly clearly and really looked after us.

The bed was delivered in the time frame we expected, Adam and Carl were courteous and efficient with the installation and everything was absolutely as we expected it to be.

Cannot fault the experience we had. Even when I had a query and need to call the customer sales they were extremely polite, helpful and resolved my query in no time at all.

Furniture delivered by Mark, Tom & Frank. Lovely guys really looked after our purchase. Good at their job and justifiably proud and caring.

Our settee was delivered yesterday. Adam and Carl were very helpful. Kind, considerate and competent. Very smooth delivery and careful to put settee where we wanted it. Thank you.

We had our furniture delivered today, exceptional service from this company and especially from Adam and Carl. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. They dealt well with difficult parking conditions and were very curious with our new neighbours. They spent time getting the positioning of the sofa and chair just right. Struggled and wrestled to conclusion with unwrapping the new mattress for the new bed.

We bought a sideboard and sofa and both products are excellent quality. Delivery was exactly as expected in terms of timeframes and service from the delivery people (in our case Mark and Frank) was superb. They were polite and helpful and happy to assist in any way. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!

6 months after my original order the correct replacement sofa arrived today only to discover damage to the seat cover .
Adam & Carl the delivery guys were brilliant, the sofa has unfortunately been returned because of the damage

The staff instore were helpful friendly and warm and ensured we received the correct bed for our needs and were very accommodating when it came to their price promise with no quibble what so ever, the lead times quoted were exactly correct and the delivery process was smooth and efficient. The delivery staff Tony and Kane were excellent, delivered to the time given , built our furniture and removed all the packaging and ensured we understood fully how our new bed frame operated and what we needed to do if we had any problems going forward ….. a great experience from purchase all the way through to delivery … thank you

The experience with Chris and his team at the Abingdon branch was great. Really helpful and certainly went the extra mile to make it a great exoerience.
However the team that deals with the orders and delivery were shocking and let us down time after time. The fact that I didn't cancel my order was purely down to the great customer service that Chris and his team delivered and I felt it would be very unfair on them to cancel.
Somebody needs to speak to the delivery team because they are a massive hindrance to the sales team instead of being an asset

Second time we have bought furniture from Lee Longlands at the Leamingston Spa store and another great experience from start to finish.
I really appreciate the lack of pressure from the sales staff, which makes it much more pleasant, compared to some other stores that will stay nameless.
When we did need some help Mandy gave us the inspiration to find what chairs would go best with our dining table choice and they look great in real life, fantastic job Mandy.
The bench is a cracking addition, which the kids have been after for years.
The delivery team of Frank and Mark did a top job, were personable and very careful and provided updates on the day, due to the delivery time coming forward.
That's the sofas and dining room table and chairs sorted, all from Lee Longlands which in my opinion is the best option for furniture on the high street.

Tony and Carl delivered our new sofa, they were very friendly and helpful.

The whole experience with everyone at Lee longlands has been amazing! We brought our sofas with them and then ended up getting our carpets as well! Tony and Kane who delivered our sofas, kept us updated on timings and were great to deal with. Sofa and carpets great quality as well but in this day and age, customer service is as important…..and they were second to none
