Our experience when buying a complete new bathroom from Leekes Melksham was far beyond our expectations. The bathroom fittings were of very high quality and the customer service and design advice given by Rony Alam was excellent. Their recommended fitter , Darren Dean, of DD Bathrooms deserves special mention as one of the hardest working, thorough and knowledgeable workmen we have ever encountered. Highly recommended all round.

Today I bought a sofa. I was served by Fahimeh. She was very professional. She provided a 5-star service and made the whole experience very pleasant. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout. I really appreciated her excellent service. I am a very happy customer!

Yvonne in the llantrisant store was super helpful and talked through kitchens and even showed me something I mentioned I would want that they didn't have on display. I will definitely be returning once I have taken a look at the brochure for a kitchen.

Jeremy, our sales representative at the Leekes Melksham store was very personable and went out of his way to sort out and replace our Leekes Privilege card which had not been assigned to our current address. He completed the task smoothly and as a result we were able to take advantage of several store offers.

Danielle from the bathroon department helped me choose the bathroom of my dreams ,just need it all measured and designed now ,danielle was so polite helpful and went above and beyond for myself and my husband whilst visiting the llantrisant store earlier this week,great customer service and very very helpful, even offered us a coffee at the lovely cafe ,more danielles we need in this world ,10 stars to danielle and a massive thank you from myself and my husband ,see you soon

Always have a pleasant shopping experience in Leekes when I came with my mum on Tuesday. She loves it as it’s easy to navigate and has plenty of space between the displays so she doesn’t feel as if she’ll be knocked into (by other browsing customers).
Thank you to Jeremy who kindly carried my mum’s new framed (and so quite heavy!) pictures to the car for us, it was much appreciated to have such kind and friendly service.

I regularly come in to Leekes to use the cafe, the colleagues that work there are very welcoming - Emily in particular can’t do enough for you and her coffees are always nice and hot.

I’m particularly fond of their jacket potatoes and cakes - great portions and sizes.

Fahimeh Razaeian at the Cheltenham store was excellent. Having visited the store a couple of times I finally chose new sofa and chair. She is excellent nothing too much trouble very knowledge and has a lovely personality.

I went to Leekes on the 16th of September to shop for some furniture and then visited the cafe and was very surprised with the staff, I was served by Emily and she was very polite and gave very good service

Today I visited the cafe and was served by Kadie, she looked after me and made the best coffee, and service with a smile! I shall be returning for another visit.

From the moment I submitted an on-line enquiry for replacement doors, to the completion of the work, all of the Leekes staff made me feel like a valued customer, making every effort to respond to my follow-up queries promptly and professionally. The initial design consultation, survey and contracts were booked to follow one another seamlessly and my satisfaction with their approach and products chosen, was checked at every step. Communication of the installation was swift and clear and undertaken on the planned date. On the day, the installers were held up by congestion, but kept me informed. When they arrived, they began immediately and worked consistently until they had completed the job to my satisfaction and cleared up all evidence of them ever being there. When viewing the products in store, I recognised their quality and value however, I am even more impressed on installation. The new doors have transformed both front and back access and the whole experience was exemplary, so much so, I am about to place an order for my next transformation!

What a pleasant experience, cassie went above and beyond to cater to our needs ,friendly service ,food lovely ,will be back and of course Leekes wonderful array of goods .

I purchased a bed from the display when Leekes were having the closing down sale at their Bilston Store on 10/7/26 and was charged £109.00 extra for delivery.
The salesman told me that delivery would be up to 4 weeks. This would mean I should have it by 7/8/26 which we accepted . It was purchased for a house we were moving to.
However when I got home and read the invoice I was given, the delivery date was now estimated at 21/8/26, so now the delivery was going to be up to 6 weeks. If this had been stated at the outset I would not have placed the order as the bed would be needed before then.
I was told that I would be contacted in advance to arrange an exact time and date for delivery . As the 21/ 8/26 neared with no further information I rang Leekes asking for a delivery date , I was told they were waiting for their delivery agents to collect it from them, and that the delivery company would then ring me to arrange a time and date.
The delivery company eventually rang on 26/8/26 and wanted to deliver on 2/9/26 which I could not accept as I was not available that day.
The man at the delivery company said he would have to ring back when he could re schedule . I did not get any further calls till 10/9/26 another 15 days later and they wanted to deliver on 14/9/26. This was accepted .
I made arrangement to be in all day . I had heard nothing at all by 3pm , not even the promised call or message a couple of hours prior to expected time of arrival . I rang them for an update . They now said the van had broken down !!!
When I asked why I had not been notified , they said they were just about to ring me to do so !
I asked them to ring back asap with an update as I was waiting in especially for this, and made a round trip of over 120 miles to be at the property. As I can not move into the property yet, as I have no bed , this is rather urgent.
I waited a while, and decided to give them another call . I spoke to a woman this time and they have now promised to ring me back with a view to delivering on the 24th or 25th. This will be eleven weeks from purchase,
I purchased this bed as it was a good price, and the up to 4 weeks delivery was acceptable to me at the time and quicker than a standard order. This has now gone way beyond that time frame, and is causing real problems . Neither Leekes nor the delivery company seem to have any sense of urgency. If it was a side table or some other similar insignificant item, then no problem, but a bed is a vital purchase.
Plus when I purchased the bed it looked in new condition, what is is going to be like when it’s been handled (loaded and offloaded at least 10 times between point of purchase and potential delivery).I really am dreading to see what condition it may be in now. Plus how/where has it been stored in the meantime.
I am disgusted that Leekes treat customers like this, I had always thought of them being a very reputable company, and feel very let down by them.
Beware of delivery dates , they may not be anywhere near what you are quoted !
I will update this review as and when I have any further information.

Update 1.
Leekes have in fact now replied to me, asking for more information. However as I was replying I had to put my phone down to answer the door, and my young grand daughter started playing with my phone and must have pressed the send button.
There is no way I can re send anything now.
So they have now had an incomplete reply, no doubt making no sense at all, thanks to my little

Update2.
I have now received the bed and it seems fine other than some marks on the divan corners that were not there when we purchased it, but luckily they have cleaned off ok.
After customer services at Leekes read my original review they contacted me by phone and must say they were very helpful indeed and ensured the delivery went smoothly.

Extremely disappointed with Leekes Furniture.

We bought 4 kitchen stools from Leekes for £536, and we were told they were good quality. After only around two years, the fabric on ALL FOUR stools started peeling. For that price, I expected them to last much longer.

I contacted Leekes, sent photos and have been emailing them for months trying to resolve this. Their response is that because it’s been over two years, it’s out of warranty. Even worse, they are now saying I must have used detergent on the stools and that’s why the fabric is peeling.

How can they possibly know that from photographs? Nobody has even come to inspect the stools. Instead of investigating the problem, they have simply blamed me.

We bought a dining table and chairs from a different company around the same time, and they were cheaper but are still in perfect condition.

I honestly thought Leekes was a reputable company and that I was paying for quality. I was completely wrong. I regret buying these stools and, after this experience, I would not recommend Leekes to anyone.

I was looking for furniture for my new home office & fed up that I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Then, in Cheltenham we spotted a Leekes store & thought we have nothing to lose by popping in. SO glad we did! There was a desk (Stockholm) that I thought was beautiful & just the right size, plus an extendible table, tall bookcase & sideboard. All fantastic quality & design. The sales assistant (Fahimeh) was great too. She was helpful with information & a tape measure but gave us plenty of room & time without badgering or being pushy (which always puts me off). The furniture was delivered quickly as arranged & the two guys were happy to put it where I wanted. The desk, sideboard & table only needed the (very sturdy) legs putting on but the bookcase needed assembly which was the easiest furniture we have ever put together with decent tools supplied & all four pieces were in the office assembled in only a few minutes.
I can honestly say that our experience with the shop, staff, delivery, products & design have been 100% perfect & I’m getting lots of positive comments about how much people like my new office. It’ll almost be a pleasure to work in there. Almost 😉

Always great service from everyone in Leekes but Katie was really helpful with a return today

It’s a long story which I won’t bore readers with but suffice to say we’ve been trying to get a fitted kitchen ordered and installed from Leekes for 7 weeks without any success. Broken promises, incorrect information, unprofessional behaviour by staff and fitters. The whole thing a shambles. Still not resolved. Very stressful and frustrating.

Tremendous help and service from Jeremy working at the check out desk in Melksham, Jeremy again today and always goes above and beyond to ensure a successful service and purchasing experience for the customer as well as being exceptionally informed and helpful on product knowledge and advice. some say it is hard to find good employees but Jeremy is certainly one of those.
