Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from Stuart. Attentive but not pushy. Listened to what we were looking for and what we weren't. Showed us our options. Answered all our questions. Then left us alone to keep testing out our choices, discuss our thoughts and to make our final decision. Once decided, he dealt with our sale quickly and efficiently then explained the process and what to expect re delivery and time scales. Can't recommend highly enough. We have purchased lounge and bedroom furniture from Cousins, Dudley over the last 20 years and never regretted it. Now we're back for round two!

On my visit to Cousins i was looking to buy Oak Furniture for rooms in my house which we have moved into. The staff were very helpful and David at the Newcastle Unde Lyme branch was very good in showing and explaining all the pieces of furniture we were interested in. So because of the excellent service and advice that we received we are now placing an order to furnish our Conservatory, Lounge, Dining Room and Hall. Thank you. Kind Regards. Mr.R & Mrs.A.Hussey.

Peter Dawson was splendid
Peter Dawson greeted us along with other colleagues as we looked for dining chairs. Peter left us to browse and when we had a question provided everything we needed to narrow down the choices.
Peter moved chairs across the store for us to compare them together.
Then, against a tight timescale, he processed our order so we could be home for an appointment. Splendid job.
