Excellent service from Jeremy today , explaining all about the leekes card

I went to Leekes in Melksham, I wanted to buy something and also to get a new Leekes card. I was served by Jeremy who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and fully explained all the benefits of a Leekes Privilege Card, I'm very happy with my visit and very happy with the way I was served.

The review process is a waste of time and is retailer biased.It is Industry Funded: While meant to be independent, the scheme is funded by the retailers that voluntarily join, leading to perceptions that they are "all in it together”. Advice from the Guardian newspaper is "If you are in a dispute, it is recommended to keep all evidence and consider the Small Claims Court if you feel the Ombudsman's decision is not just.. "
In less than a couple of months the doors on the pull out larder are falling off as the carcase was butchered. The sink is held together with visible screws through the side walls. Apparently there were many cases as bad if not worse than mine. At least one case as I understand ended in an electrical fire.

My mum and I went to Leekes (Melksham) to look at getting new bathrooms fitted in the house and we had our consultation with Sylwia and she was amazing and so kind and very helpful while we were picking out what we wanted, what we loved most was there was no pressure from Sylwia to make any rushed decisions and we are now in the finalisation stage of the bathroom and as we make final decisions on certain aspects still we are receiving perfect customer service. I must admit I really do recommend Leekes to people looking into Bathrooms fit outs, yes they may be more expensive but it’s worth it.

Fahimeh (Cheltenham) was very helpful and patient assisting two elderly customers choose the most appropriate bed - mattress firmness, drawers etc. With age and mobility problems it was essential to us to ensure that the new bed could be installed and the old removed properly without our (physical) involvement, and Fahimeh went to great lengths to ensure that this could be done - not all bed companies offer this service - and quoted an approximate delivery date of about three weeks which was ideal. Many thanks- all help appreciated.

Now you are dog do friendly we took our boy Chester to look around and ended up spending £150.00 which we would not have spent if we could not have taken our dog. Thank you so much for allowing this. I must mention Bev who was amazing who went to the warehouse to collect our Joseph Joseph kitchen bin and took it to the till she was amazing good old school customer service.

Visited Leeks in Crosshands yesterday with my father to look for a reclining chair. We were approached by Lynn, who was as extremely helpful and knowledgable about the product. We were in no way rushed and given a detailed synopsis about a range of chairs and their functions. After a brief lunch interlude, we were confident in our choice and delighted with the service received.

Jeremy on the till was super helpful .

Ordered a table in the Melksham store for click and collect.

The staff on the shop floor were very helpful and explained the process clearly.

When it came to collection, I received an email and went into store. We were directed to the customer collection point round the side and a very helpful man came and brought our order to us.

The table was pretty big and we weren’t hopeful we would get all the parts in two cars but the man from Leekes helped us unpack the table legs and took all the packaging and disposed of it. I don’t have his name but he was fantastic and definitely needs recognising for his customer service.

We visited Leekes in Melksham and had the warmest welcome from all team members who passed by us. We were looking at bed options and met the lovely Katie upon arrival who directed us to Glenn who went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect one! The whole process was seamless. All staff members were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant deals throughout the store so definitely worthwhile if you’re looking for good quality products at even better value. We will definitely be going back!

I purchased a leather suite in Leekes Cross Hands yesterday. I had excellent service from the staff and in particular from IAN who sold me the item. He was helpful and friendly yet professional and efficient and the paperwork handled swiftly as I had mentioned I had an appointment to get to. I felt I had a good deal and Anna one of the supervisors was also on hand with helpful information. The whole experience was enjoyable and I was not pressured in any way which frankly just puts people off. Thank you Ian and Leekes I look forward to delivery in due course.

Had a kitchen fitted by Steve Williams (Phoenix) , and his daughter. Can't recommend highly enough. Kitchen is perfect, and the fitter was polite, accommodating and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

We visited Leekes in Melksham a few weeks ago and received excellent service from Christine in the lighting department. We spotted a pendant light that we liked, but the bulb didn't do it justice, Christine offered to change the bulb so that we could see what it looked like. She was very helpful and friendly, good old fashioned service that you don't find very often.

Paid for a leather reclining 2 seater and a chair on 28 December 2025 and we are still waiting on delivery ..
At the time of ordering we didn’t realise it was going to take this long.

I took my 92 year old cousin to Leekes in Llantrisant yesterday to look for a sofa.
We were assisted by an excellent furniture salesperson called Paul.
Paul was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and pleasant without being in anyway “pushy”. He explained everything my cousin asked about simply and clearly and showed her how to operate a power recliner sofa which was exactly right for her needs.
I have previous experience of Leekes first class service and aftercare and was delighted that Paul confirmed my good opinion of the company and made what could have been a worrying experience for my very elder cousin so easy and pleasant. She is looking forward to her new sofa ! I would like to say a personal thank you to Paul for his unsurpassable assistance. Thank you Paul.

We are purchasing a new bathroom suite from you, which is a big and complicated process as you know. We have just been back in store with some more queries, and would like to record our sincere thanks for all the help and encouragement we have received from Marie. I went into leeks cross hands today to browse beds. I called a staff member Carol over to ask if there’s a small double in the sale. Carol took me to see the exact same bed but a full double size. After seeing the price for the small double which included the mattress and headboard. Which I was allowed to choose the colour from a stack of swatches all for under £500 COOL!!
Carol put my order through and I paid a deposit she calculated the delivery date and for a fee put it in diary to deliver unpack and set up upstairs in my chosen place. Carol was friendly competent and did all this with a professional aire. I came away very happy and satisfied with the service 10/10 I’d say 🙏

First visit since the extension .
Very impressed.
Was browsing with my mum .
My mum found a lamp that she liked .
Only one on display .
We found a lady ( Beverly) a shop assistant.
She was so helpful.
She founds us the bulbs to go with the lamps and let us have the last lamp on display .
She took them to the till point whilst we carried on browsing .

Well done Beverly on excellent customer service . ( Something that you don't get very often these days )

Lots of choice in a nice showroom. None pushy sale staff. Guy was very helpful and eased our sale with out waiting our time.

Had to go to Leekes Bilston to sort out an issue. Dealt with Sue..very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Nothing too much trouble and issue resolved.
Great customer service from start to finish.
