Could not have been more helpful. I had to reschedule my moving, storage & delivery dates everything worked out fine

From going into store (Rob,Matt and Jordan were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble.
Delivery to Spain with Brad and Jordan also excellent and couldn’t be more helpful. Many thanks to Tracey in the office. Overall couldn’t fault the experience and would recommend to anyone.

Steve and his crew were excellent, I couldn’t have asked for better people to move all my belongings especially as I was downsizing slightly and to a different county.

The cost was very competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our 2 movers, Steve and Chris were very helpful and moved us over 2 days - collect first day, then deliver on second day. They were on time both days and were a pleasure to deal with.

Great service , the three guys who packed and moved us were fabtastic.
Our youngest grandson who lives with us is on the autistic spectrum, and they were great with him helping him to pack his personal possessions.
We moved on the Friday and due to the sofas needing to be moved to another room on the Monday after moving in on the Friday I spoke with the office and two lads came out to move the sofas to the new room.
Fantastic experience and a great company, would highly recommend them.

The guys were very helpful. Worked very hard. Nothing was to much trouble. Everything was packed very well. Would highly recommend.

The guys where very hard workers and managed to get everything done as requested, every request was carried out without complaint and on time. Only issue was that someone left a dirty mark on the carpet in the house we moved from and another mark on a new carpet in our new house.

I had conflicting information, britannia said I could pack bits in a large carrier bag but the moving men said no so packed them in boxes. I don't know what is in the boxes anymore. The movers worked extremely hard packing up but I felt rushed at the end and now I can't find some bits. The movers were not so careful unpacking and broke a set of drawers, left dirty hand prints on a wall and pulled a hook out of the wall leaving a hole. Overall I was pleased to be in my new home but it's going to take a while to sort everything out.

The whole packing and loading process was a nightmare - I booked this service as I am alone and thought it would be easier. I’m afraid they made an already stressful situation much worse. Based on the packing and loading I would not recommend you to anyone. However, the two guys who turned up on the second day with the bulk of the ‘good’ I cannot speak highly enough about. It is because of them that you get a score of 3 and not lower. They were amazing.

Lovely removal men; very polite and helpful. However, having used a (different) Britannia removal firm a few years prior, there has been a noticeable decline in service. Previously, 5 bed to 5 bed move from East to West took ONE day with 6 guys, one lorry, one van. This time 4 bed to 5 bed, an hour down the road, TWO days, 2 guys first day, second day 3! There were a few other minor issues, and as I said, the guys themselves were brilliant but it was a lot to expect of the two, then three of them, especially given that it was very hot. I hope they were well paid....

Top experience looked after from start to finish, everything done to perfection. Thanks to all staff both in Spain and UK.

Lewis from the team came over swiftly and gave an in person valuation of what we needed to move. It was very accurate in comparison to the actual service we received and paid for.

There were no issues on the day of moving out, Rob and his team arrived and sorted everything out swiftly, no damage to our items that went into storage for months before we had them moved to the north of the UK (from the south).

Tracey did a great job at organising a move in date, considering we gave very vague timelines due to a completion date on our move in property not being confirmed for much of the time we had our items in storage.

No issues on the day moving in either, somehow the logistics team managed to get the same lead who packed us on move out day to handle the move in, which made everything super easy.

I have back issues and didn't have to lift a finger for the whole process which is exactly what we were looking for.

So the service was "ok". Promised floor coverings and picture sleeves and TV covers. None.
Guys turned up on day one. No introduction. Spent six hours loading. Didn't moan once about us or the weight but moaned constantly about management and lack of resource. Tail lift on truck didn't work.
BO smell and smokers! Day two. Two even grumpier guys. Again Didn't introduce themselves. Took the doors off the fridge when it actually came in with them on. Again smokers. Was quoted for two containers. Only 3/4 fill 1st and 1/2 second. They then went to another pack and store job after me. So my container had other clients goods in? Week later they delivered. No ramps! No working tail lift and no equipment to assist them moving everything down 42 - 62 steps down. Five guys both days. All polite. Again no intro except from "Steve" worked very hard. No moaning about the 300+ boxes and heavy stuff but a lot of moaning about management and lack of equipment. No sack barrows no stair climbing trolley etc. It then hammered down with a huge thunderstorm. They had no wet weather gear at all. They all got absolutely soaked. Again no floor coverings offered nor used. Going with a "National" company I would have expected a little better.
NOTHING broken though. But I did feel for guys. Dave the estimator was good. But I feel he should go out on some moves to discover the actual offer. Lorries and containers were tatty.

Excellent service and delivery of our effects and furniture to Portugal at a very competitive price. The part-load concept is excellent if you are only taking a number of special pieces of furniture with effects. Thoroughly recommend.

Very efficient communication. Very helpful removal men who were polite and cheerful. Would definitely use them again for both storage and removals.

The team Lewis, Tracey and finally the driver Steve did everything to assist and made me feel good and everything was running according to the schedule Lewis had laid out. Also the German agent one needs today was so helpful. Thank you once again. If I ever need a removal company I will chose Britannia Leatherbarrows again!
