All stages very clearly communicated, charges, prices etc. On the day the men who packed and moved us were great, personable, efficient and went out of their way to be helpful and make things easy for us. Pass on our thanks to everyone involved.

The team was great and moved our stuff out very quickly, plus they also went out their way to helped us pack up some loose items. Thanks to Chris A , Neil B, Keith S and Andy F from Bournemouth who handled our move very professionally.

Turned up early, very professional and friendly, helped with the packing of fragile items and provided extra boxes.

Steve, Ad & Dannie from Britannia Leatherbarrows provided 5 Star service and made the whole process stress free. Our move was complicate as we moved into a house we had been renovating and had storage crates coming from the BL warehouse as well as moving possessions from our in-laws house where we had set up camp whilst the works were undertaken to our house. The guys also had to lug the contents of our loft up 3 flights of stairs and did an incredible job, not one mark was left on the walls! Hoping we never have to move again, but should we have to in the future will definitely be using Leathebarrows again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better service, one of the most stressful moves ever, and the guys just worked like absolute trojans to get at least some of our belongings in the house, having to come back again to finish the job, all of them just made the whole thing bearable whilst we were losing our minds! Would highly recommend them without question.

Very impressed by the team and it's leader who did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked diligently clearing my home. The following they turned up,on time, packed and removed the last items. They worked long snd hard delivering my belongings to my new home. Outstanding!

Britannia were excellent.
They came in the day before our live and packed up our house, working quickly and efficiently and before we knew it was done.
They also unpacked up at the other end and nothing was too much trouble.

Everything went as planned from the initial visit to the actual move. We were very comfortable with the team moving us. They did an excellent job and worked really hard. They also had a fabulous sense of humour which really helped to relieve the stress of the move.

We have moved nearly twenty times and we can honestly say that the move we have just done has been the best. The team who moved us were polite, professional, listened to what we wanted and then did it. The standard of packing was excellent and everyone we engaged with most helpful. Definitely top end 5 stars.

Excellent service, highly recommend!

Kept us fully informed throughout the removal process. They were prompt, very efficient, and did all the packing, labelling and unpacking as per our wishes. They were proactive in anticipating any questions we might have. The removal costs were less than we had expected. We have used them before, and we will definitely use them again if or when we next move.
