Very impressed with the whole service provided and how great the packing and removal guys where last week! It made the whole process a lot less stressful and they really did an amazing job! I will definitely recommend you to friends and colleagues!

We have been entirely happy with the move Rocket Removals did for us within Harrogate. They were prompt, professional, reliable, and skilled.

We were moved from a fifth-floor apartment with a lift to a second-floor flat with only stairs, and in packing, transfer, and delivery, Samantha and the others provided superior and pleasant service.

It was also nice to be able to phone them and have boxes picked up after our move-in.

I cannot praise them too much.

Had a pack and move in Liverpool. Everything went well and without fuss.

I can't praise the Rocket team enough for their amazing service. When another company let me down, they stepped up at the last moment to help me relocate from Ripon to Halifax. I should have gone with them from the beginning! They worked quickly and effectively without any hassle, demonstrating a true commitment to quality. Everything arrived intact, and the unloading process was impressively fast thanks to five movers on the job. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

This disgraceful gang parked a huge van between the gates at Storebox, Barry’s Lane, Scarborough on Saturday 20th December 2025. A sign clearly requests that the gates not be blocked. I’m a disabled motorist and was unable to drive my car in. Meanwhile, a team stood around, some chatting, some filling a small unit. My disability’s my unfortunate situation - but no other vehicles could gain access. You’re lucky I was too stressed to photograph it.

Paul came out to quote earlier in the year and you know when you get a feeling about someone/company. Paul gave me a sense of security that Rocket was the right fit for moving my furniture and belongings, packing them and storing until needed. I wasn't wrong. He was always on hand to answer any questions and replied quickly to emails, thank you!

Removal day was very stressful for me but Chris and 1 other man - sorry I can't remember your name! arived and immediately got to work packing up the house,
then other members of the Rocket crew arrived including Martin and Paul and the storage containers were quickly filled. It took all day but with several cups of tea and coffee and cold drinks, custard creams and chocolate biscuits etc and the van doors were finally closed!

Thank you to Martin, Cal and Brad who brought everything out from the Rocket storage facility (where it'd been for 6 months) recently. Really great guys who have been doing removals for a long time, they're professional and know how to get the job done. Martin can rebuild a bed in no time! Super men, who work well together, great to have around at a stressful time.

The Rocket team were absolutely fantastic, stepping in to move me from Ripon to Halifax at the last minute after another removal firm could no longer move me. I wish I’d chosen Rocket in the first place! They get on with the job swiftly and efficiently, they don’t make a fuss and are keen to do the job well. Nothing was broken on my move and the unloading was very quick because there were 5 movers working on unloading me.

The guys at Rocket Removals did a great job when it came to moving my Dad, considering it was a 180 miles away. From the start Paul was extremely helpful, friendly and very communicative - it was all a bit short notice due to circumstances, plus the new stamp duty rules were coming into force so everyone was wanting to get moved quickly!

The two guys doing the move drove down very early morning and were there pretty much the time they said. They were careful at handling items and packed the van very well. There were a couple of large items I was dubious about and was convinced would arrive damaged but they arrived in one piece!

The guys had a very very long day but didn’t complain or show any sign of this. I would definitely use them again and 100% recommend them for anyone wanting to move house.

Excellent! I recommend rocket to everyone. Polite, efficient and professional. I was heavily pregnant when we moved and they took all the stress away from moving from one property and sorting it all out at the other end.

We used Rocket Removals twice in 6 months as we moved into a rental property in between buying and selling. Both times all the guys on the team were incredibly helpful with a 'can do' attitude!

I didn’t say anything negative about the refund. I said “ rude and arrogant”. You also failed to add that when I rang to continue the job at 7am the next morning, you stated that you had taken another job. Clearly you were not in position of paying staff for no work and actually benefited from my unforeseen cancellation late the previous evening. 👍🏽

My move to leeds was made easy by your amazing guys. They were very patient and kind and polite and very obliging even though I was not given the keys till nearly 4pm and unloading went on till late evening. Superb workers I will recommend without hesitation.
