Very good advice

The professional adviser did not answer my specific question about Reserves . She merely gave me the procedure and what my rights are regarding service charges and how to apply to the FTT. When I asked her for links she replied there are no links to give me. So I am disappointed.

Terrible service from the advisor I spoke with. She was very hard to understand abrupt and rude. She would not let me speak. I tried to but she said 'have you finished '! The whole conversation was very rushed. She was impatient. Very unhelpful.
The advice she gave was as if reading from a script. Copilot was more helpful.
I was very disappointed with the advisor. I won't be using this service again.

The advisor i spoke to was very calm and patient as i was nervous and stressed but guided my through what I needed to do. Not the advisors fault but it is a challenging stressful situation when you going through this but when you have one whose alm is to help you it's much appreciated
