Received my lead today, really glad I waited till camo came back in stock as it looks brilliant. I went for the 6ft 1/2” lead which is a great length an because it’s 1/2 is suitable for a variety of different dogs. The lead is very high quality, the leather is a nice touch much nicer than plastic that all the other leads seem to use. The rope is quality an comfortable to use an the brass ring slides very easily which means it will release very quickly which to me is the most important thing as it is obviously much better for the dog.

Had to wait a little longer for the product I ordered to come in but I didn’t mind at all the customer service in this company is excellent and both my bulldog and I love the new lead, so much easier to walk him now.

I liked your kind of lead and quality but too thin and I prefer a slightly softer lead. Would have bought more if thicker and softer to use. Have been looking for ages to replace a super lead I lost.

I ordered a figure of eight Lead through Leading Dog inbetween Christmas and New Year. The item arrived promptly following the Bank Holiday in early January

I have to say I had a bad experience with this company and I wouldn’t recommend them.

I try to support small businesses, but I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received all the items.

I was sent a package with one of the three items I ordered, containing an invoice for all three with a note to check my email next to one of them.

However I hadn’t received an email, and even after messaging them several times asking where the other items were, I still haven’t.

I did eventually this week receive the second item, this time with no note so they must of just missed it off the first package by accident.
Or not.
Maybe it was out of stock.
Maybe that’s what was always going to happen, I would of loved to have been let on to the secret, oh and the final item I ordered would be a nice touch too.

I wouldn’t even of left a review normally but I for some reason kept getting emails about doing so. So here you go.
I wish I had better things to say about it, and I wish I had the order I placed.
However it appears neither of these things are possible.

Really good quality slip lead, and the extra length makes all the difference when using it as a slip lead. Would highly recommend.

The leash is a great quality, the only complaint I have is that the colour I wanted was out of stock.

Ordered a product a couple of weeks ago that has been out of stock awhile now and was charged. I received an email saying it is out of stock after I had payed. She has now changed the website to say pre-order 7-10 days on her website however it’s been over 3 weeks so your pre-order is not going to be 7-10days like she’s now stating. Not trustworthy at all!
