Had household items of big family relocated from Dubai to Norway. Local shipping price was agreed and door to door delivery provided, but my shipment got stuck for few months during regional problems and sea path closed. I refused to pay extra storage fees and guys found another shipping way (via Oman) with some extra payment for a route change, but finally it got delivered to Norway with no damage. Thanks to team for finding the route change solution during hard times. And thanks for packing everything carefully, that was done perfect.

My shipment was collected on July 11th in Dubai and till the moment i did not receive in Singapore , arrival dates keep changing and finally had to buy most of the things locally.

We had a great experience using Leader for our airfreight move to Italy. They were incredibly easy to deal with from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout the whole process.
Everything arrived on time, really well packaged and in excellent condition. They were always happy to answer any questions we had and were also incredibly accommodating, storing our belongings for a month until we were ready to receive them.
The whole process was straightforward and stress-free. I would highly recommend Leader to anyone looking for a reliable international moving service.

My boxes arrived all in good order and on time. The team were extremely helpful and kept me updated at all times.

Definitely have recommended them to my family and will be using them for my final return to South Africa.

Leaders managed to complete delivery notwithstanding extremely difficult and unforeseen circumstances arising in the Straight of Hormuz and although the regional war resulted in delays, alternate routing options were offered and communication regarding the delay, the options and resultant costs were clearly and regularly communicated. I can believe the other low reviews as I had an awful experience also. Here is what I recommend when evaluating movers

The destination movers aborted the move uncompleted without any delivery manifest and then all parties refused a cooperative resolve leading to needing to hire an independent mover to complete the job. The independent mover was shocked at how poorly it was all handled.

Don't use this company for anything more than 1 suitcase. It is not transparent and will not assist from when the the ship departs UAE. If you have an issue they will handball you and management will avoid answering. The replies here are all words and no true action
Always check that if 40ft container is offered no one hides in the fine print that is a less volume
That not more than one destination provider is used and that for Australia they don't use Star Movers Australia (equally bad experience). We had 3 parties involved including a mover we specifically asked not to use and they just passed the buck to each other , messing communications and causing over 6 weeks in delays; stress; financial impact; no offloading manifest provided; broken items; missing items, no proof of delivery;
Delivery was cancelled 1 hour before arrival in a rural area outside of a city causing work time loss;
Sales person went awol and create excuses not to assist (i have heard since this is not incommon and similar excuse used often); management will not respond to complaints and on its goes

They rely on the fact most customers are moving away and so formal Courts complaints are challenging

The only thing they did right was double pack a bulk of items but even then they took shortcuts in the end and smaller items were broken; also the older age packing staff don't check what they are packing against customs regulations so be careful with that also

It was a never to be repeated experience and I have no respect or regard for Leader Relocations and its affiliates

So much disappointment, I don't know where to start with..
Only I can say is that they are not professional
The packing team did not arrive on the committed time and after they arrived, they were in such a hurry, not listening to us even though we paid them for packing, they did not pack as per our desire.
Somehow the completed the packing and left (very unprofessional behaviour by the supervisor)

Then comes the invoicing, additional charges were imposed and after various discussions and follow-ups an agreement was forcefully made to me.

Once confirmed to ship, the items arrived to the destination and was not cleared due to non-follow up from them and I had to again and again ask them the status .

Eventually not all boxes were delivered, I had to pick one from the facility whereas I had paid for door delivery.

To summarise my experience: They just follow you and be in touch with you continuously until they receive the payment after that their departments get separated, their working time and days get reduced and meetings that won't end.

DO NOT PROCEED WITH THEM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SERVICE, YOU HAVE TO LITERALLY DO EVERYTHING YOURSELF AND THEY WONT HELP.

Fraudulent Insurance Tactics & Post-Move Ghosting by Leader Relocations
I am writing this to warn the expat community relocating from Dubai. While Leader Relocations presents a highly professional sales pitch, their actual execution is deceptive and completely lacking in basic accountability.
After handling my international move from Dubai to KL, paying them in full, and purchasing their comprehensive transit insurance, several of my household items arrived broken. When I tried to file a claim, Leader Relocations attempted to invalidate my coverage by inventing an absurd rule. They claimed that because the damages were not reported on the "exact day of opening the boxes," the items were uninsured.
This is a blatant attempt to avoid financial liability. No legitimate international insurer expects a customer to unpack an entire household container and identify hidden structural damage within 24 hours of delivery.
In addition to trying to dodge their own insurance promises, their communication has been non-existent. Once they have your money and your items are unloaded by their destination agents in Malaysia, they will ignore your emails and stall your claims.

Bottom Line: Leader Relocations uses bad-faith policy interpretations to deny valid damage claims. Do not trust them with an international move. They will take your money, break your items, and invent rules to avoid paying for the damage.

From start to finish, from Mohammed Haris' first visit to my home for a cost estimate (and subsequent checks) to the final delivery in the US, Leader Relocations was wonderful. All of my messages along the way were answered promptly and knowledgeably, and I was able to track the progress of my container shipment from Dubai to my US town. All of the teams with whom Leader works were top-notch as well, including those who cleared my container through US Customs to the young men who offloaded and unpacked my boxes in my new home. There were no hidden or extra costs involved at any point. I recommend Leader to colleagues in the UAE. Thank you!

Easy communication, competitive rates although a slight delay in receiving air cargo packages from Dubai to Australia.
Packages arrived intact and in same condition. I would use them again for air cargo.

they told us that they move our household items from Dubai to Vienna ,by AirCargo, very fast in 4-5 working days. but it took 34 days with a lot of headache , calling them , follow up many times , as they are not honest with you about their transport , i think they tell you AirCargo but they do by ship transport ! my packages went through Germany channel. so they didnt told me about their work how it takes.

also they Pack our households items in our apartment but after 2-3 days they told us they repack again as they need adjustment about them and i said ok. BUT when my packages arrived after one months i saw some Items are missing , 2 PS5 Controllers missed (worth around 800 AED) and some more personal items . They dont say anything about it , just saying they dont know !!

DONT TRUST IN THEIR SERVICE. i dont know how they work but at least they dont have TRANSPARENT Service. im sure if i didnt follow up my packages with a lot of messages they will do it more than 2 months or more.

⭐️ 1 star – Extremely unprofessional, costly, and stressful relocation

We relocated from Dubai to Spain using Leader Relocations (Dubai), with delivery handled in Europe by Schmidt Global (Netherlands). This experience has been one of the most stressful and disappointing services we have ever paid for.

Everything was agreed in writing, including full door-to-door service and insurance coverage. The packing team in Dubai was the only positive part of this entire process.

After packing, everything went wrong.

Our shipment was delayed by over two months beyond the agreed delivery date. We were later told this was because we had not booked a full container and needed to wait until it was filled — something that was never communicated or agreed beforehand.

When Schmidt Global contacted us saying our belongings had arrived in Europe, they demanded additional payment for storage and a larger shared truck, even though the delay was not caused by us. We were effectively told that if we did not pay, we would not receive our belongings. With two children, school already started, and winter approaching, we had no choice.

Even after paying, delivery was further delayed for weeks while they waited to combine shipments with other customers.

Upon delivery, we discovered damaged items and a missing box, which we immediately reported. At that point, both companies began passing responsibility to each other:
• Schmidt Global claimed they were “only the delivery partner”
• Leader Relocations claimed responsibility only after weeks of chasing

Eventually, Leader Relocations admitted that although we paid for insurance, they never completed the insurance paperwork, and therefore refused compensation. Their only offer was to refund the insurance fee — after our belongings were damaged and one box completely missing.

Since then, our emails have been ignored and the case has been effectively closed.

This was not just poor service — it was lack of accountability, poor communication, unexpected costs, and complete disregard for customers once payment was made.

If you are relocating internationally, especially with a family, think very carefully before trusting these companies.

I have dealt with Mr.Mohammed Haris who was amazing and very helpful with excellent experience and information, he was supportive up to the level that i forgot some stuff to hand out to the packing crew but Mr.Mohammed saved me by reaching to my house and picked it in his private car.My shippment was from United Arab Emirated to UK,door to door, it was handed out to them on 7th of November 2025 and after processing i was informed that it will reach UK seaport on 15th January 2026.Today 29th of January 2026, the stuff was received complete and intact as i handed out to them.Mr.Mohamed and his team were very punctual and skilled, they will be my destination for any future shippments as my experience with them was very satisfying.
