I’m truly sorry to hear that your booking was cancelled, and I completely understand your disappointment.

As listing agents, the availability shown to us comes directly from the property managers we work with. At the time of your booking, these dates would have appeared as bookable based on the property managers calendar dates.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these dates or the cancellation of bookings. I would suggest contacting the property manager directly, as they may be able to provide more information about why this booking could not go ahead.

To explain further, we act primarily as listing agents, which means the availability of our listing are managed by the agents we work alongside.

At the time of booking, these dates were available, which is why you were able to proceed with your reservation. However, on rare occasions, property owners may cancel a booking, and unfortunately, this is something beyond our control.

If you contact the agent managing your booking, they’ll be able to provide more information about the reason for the cancellation.

I’m truly sorry to hear that you had to cancel your booking — I understand how disappointing that can be.

Please be aware that, as listing agents, your payment is held by your appointed property manager, and unfortunately, we don’t have control over cancellations or amendments on our side.

Before booking, all guests are provided with full access to the property manager’s terms and conditions, which outline the cancellation policy to ensure transparency.

I completely understand how frustrating this situation might feel. I would recommend reaching out to the property manager directly for further support.
