Laptopkeyreplacements Recenzje

The requested key arrived in due time, no problem to fit it

They make it super easy to find the right key for your laptop, and make sure you get the right one for your specific model. The shipping process was smooth, and the product arrived in less time than expected.

The site seemed a little sketchy but it turns out it's not a scam. I received a key that was identical to the one that broke. They just take a long time to ship.

Got the key after about a week, which was okay. I had to try the risky replacement of the rubber cup on my 16” macbook pro 2019 key, which isn’t advised by apple but I don’t have the $500 for a whole keyboard replacement right now. They sent a bunch of helpful tools for keycap removal, and included 12 sticker adhesives for the rubber cup I was replacing. I used 5 trying to get it to work right and line up on my computer, but it sadly isn’t working 100% the same. I struggled to find a guide online on how best to replace that rubber cup, so I wonder if the team could make a video for that on their youtube channel.

Tldr; sent along helpful tools, but my risky fix attempt didn’t work great. Not mad because I’m at the same place I started, and I appreciate the tools they sent along.

It took a while to ship, but that’s ok. The key I needed replaced for my iPad keyboard showed up, fit perfectly. Now I know I have a source if anything like this ever happens again. I’d recommend them. Only place I could find a replacement key.

I ordered a FN key, key came in the wrong side and didn’t fit. Waste of money.

Very easy to find the key I needed. They also had a video on YouTube showing how to do the replacement properly

Scammers. They Won't deliver your product or reply to any of your emails. No matter how old. If this company is inactive, might as well shut down your website.

If you sadly bought something from them and are expecting them to refund your money, forget it. You will need to call your bank to deal with it.

Horrible delivery service, Customer Service. I literally would give these scammers 0 stars if possible.

Super fast shipping and my keyboard looks like new. Perfect!

I ordered a right arrow with the rubber cup for a Macbook Pro M1 14” 2021. After two weeks i received everything, the key and the rubber cup are amazing! They work like a charm!

The only downside was the shipping… when it got to Italy (where i live) the italian postal service company (Poste Italiane) handled the shipping process badly — they wanted to ship the package back to the sender… eventually i got them to deliver it but i had to pay them another €7,80.

Perfect fit, easy install! I will be ordering again no doubt for this POS keyboard…to which this company and this review has nothing to do with except offering a superb solution…! Recommended merchant;-)

The key arrived more than two weeks. And it doesn't match. No customer service.

Company requested a photo of the missing key and model number. Key was never received and they didn't respond. Buyer beware.

Functions but is a little crooked on my keyboard and doesn't quite match the others look. 10 bucks for a single key that doesn't even look like it should is a bit expensive. Took a whole week to start shipping and they apologized but I had to contact then first before I had any idea why it was taking so long.

-Long story short, it works but looks off.

Worth it? Ehhh maybe if you just need a keycap for your type of keyboard but don't expect it to match the keyboard super closely.

Super fast shipping. Easy installation following the video. My only issue is that the keys aren’t the same texture as the original ones. It’ll be fine for my son’s school-issued Chromebook.

Hello,
I ordered a B key for my MacBook Pro two-three days ago and it has already arrived. 5 stars for the speed of delivery!

The only reason I am giving a 2-3 star review is the quality of the key. Compared to the original key, the new key paint is quite textured? and not quite sleek like the original one. If you were to touch this new key, you can feel the outline of the paint which is fine but I am just afraid it will chip off in the future.

As for the actual function of the key, the top hooks on the back of the key were kind of worn when it arrived so it didn't fit well. I am not sure if it is because it got damage during transit (the packaging was pretty good with bubble wrap) or that just how the key was made. The reason I needed to replace my original key was because the bottom hooks on the back was broken so the key kept falling off so this new key is not helping.

Delivery took 3 weeks from USA to Australia. I have asked 4 times via e mail and have yet to receive an invoice / receipt. They havent responded to my last e mail sent 2 days ago.

Ordered two separate keys for two different keyboards. Was sent the same keys. I have serious doubts about these claims they are “official” OEM keys because the ones I received are spray painted and the one that is for the right order works a little. All responses have been vague and generalized to everyone. It’s been a month with no solution, response, or plan to replace the wrong item. Meep my money while I warm everyone else to find better options. There are better ones out there.

I ordered a replacement laptop key over a month ago and have received absolutely nothing. Even worse, I’ve emailed them multiple times asking for an update, and they’ve completely ignored every single message.

Taking someone’s money and then refusing to communicate is unacceptable. At this point, I have no product, no explanation, and no customer service.

If you’re looking for replacement laptop keys, buy from a reputable company instead. Based on my experience, this business cannot be trusted to deliver your order or respond when there’s a problem.

Website said one week shipping. Two weeks had passed without any communication. The link they sent me didn't work and when I asked their customer service what was going on, they canceled my order. The customer service rep who responded had misspellings and grammatical errors in their email and was kinda rude. Would not recommend.
