Laptopkeyreplacements Recenzje

It’s extremely difficult or impossible to attach these without breaking the flimsy switches or having them uneven. They have NO directions that come with them. I took them to a professional computer repairer and even they couldn’t attach them because it was too cheap and flimsy. And customer service is awful, they take forever to respond to each back and forth (which lasted 2 months), and refused to give me a refund no matter how much proof I give them it didn’t work.

I asked for an a key and got an s key. Made me wait weeks for wrong key.

Useless company. Said they have items in stock. Didnt ship, didnt inform. Never buy from them

Had to do some follow up to check up on my order, but it got here in one piece and everything works fine.

Customer from Sonora, Mexico. I was surprised by how convenient their “packaging” is for just one keycap. I don’t know why, but for some reason I thought it was brilliant. You don’t really have to deal with branding or anything, the website name is simply printed on the little ticket and a QR code for review.

It’s really convenient because, at the end of the day, all you care about is getting that repair done. I know it’s a minor thing, but it just takes the whole convenience aspect seriously lol.

Well made replacement key for a Legion laptop. Works perfectly!

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Easy to use website, easy enough to install, perfect look and perfect fit. Hopefully it’ll hold up to the daily use like the original did. The order did take a while to arrive in Canada via mail, but came safe and sound. Loving my new SHIFT key.

The key seems fine but there are missing parts. It is missing one half of the clip. They put in two of the same parts of the clip. Slim folio pro :(. Back to the drawing board trying to get a darn key replacement.

Update. This was my bad. The clip had two parts that were stuck together and I didn’t notice this until I tried looking at it again weeks later.

Shipping was fast for my replacement part and it finally fit and addressed the issue.
In addition to the key and clips, I purchased the tools and they came in handy. I would buy from them again. I did not experience the delays others have stated.

Awful customer service, product never delivered, had to dispute with my credit card. Reached out several times and received an automated response. When I threatened to cancel, they asked me to send detailed pictures of the laptop key I needed, two weeks later and still not response. Keep getting automated emails saying to be patient with no real timeline of when they will fulfill my order. Do not recommend at all.... buyer beware.

Im from Portugal, I was afraid that the package eventually didn’t come or just be returned at customs, it arrive fast considering it comes from US everything as requested in excellent state and packaging

Placed an order for 1 key. "Awaiting Fulfillment" for 6 days now, with no response to emails or messages.

I am processing a refund with PayPal.

Buyer beware.

I got my F10 key come off and broken after I shook my Logitech 810 keyboard hard to clean some dusts inside. I ordered a replacement from laptop key replacement.com. After I received it, I simply snap it in. It works like a charm.

Fast shipping, exact model key needed. Perfect interaction.

fast delivery. accurate order and shipping. perfect fit.
the Q key and hinge needed replaced and these guys took good care of me.
thanks

Ordering system prevented me from sending photos, so original order was for wrong part, which took over a week to arrive. After multiple emails and photos sent, the right part was identified. It took over two weeks to get the correct part, making it over a month from original order to receipt of correct part. Once I got the part, I was able to fix my laptop and it worked as advertised.

Make sure you order the correct part, and be prepared to wait a while for it to ship.

Fit perfectly on Logitech keyboard. Price on the (very) high side and shipping could be a bit faster. Other than this, it solved my problem.

Ordered one keycap, fairly expensive already on it's own for what it is, but would beat buying an entire new keyboard just for one broken key.

Order shipped, had to pay import/tariff/Douane fee for EU, which I did immediately, which about tripled the price making it way less interesting already.
Package is supposedly stuck at douane after succesfull paying the fee.

Requested the seller to take action to advance the shipment or ask for reimbursement as only they are able to do as the sender, but no reply on my emails for weeks ongoing.. Multiple reminders sent.. no reply.

Stay away from this company, there are many other better alternatives to find online!

Simple to find the key I needed. Came well packaged and fit as expected.

Ordered a "t" key, received an entirely different key (esc). Contacted company via email and website on 8/3, have received no response (today is 8/12). Went ahead and processed a refund through PayPal.

The requested key arrived in due time, no problem to fit it
