Placed an order and got zero follow up despite me reaching out. Followed up multiple times to no avail. Company could have simply cancelled the order if not in stock, but instead chooses to ghost customers.

I ordered right arrow key for my legion lenovo 7i pro.
I am happy to report that the key fits perfectly and the site is genuine.

I ordered a replacement key for my son's laptop and key replacement tools back in June for about $50, including overseas shipping. A week later, I received an email saying the key had shipped, along with a tracking number. Then 3 weeks after that I followed up, they emailed me again telling me to disregard the previous message because the specific key I ordered was actually out of stock, offering me two options:
1) send a random key (how can this be useful to me?), or
2) send a “Replacement Hinge Clip & Rubber Cup.”

I should have asked for a refund, but I chose option two in hopes of salvaging the keyboard. They replied that they would process it “as soon as possible.”

Sine then many months have passed with no update. When I followed up, I received nothing but an automated response. As of today—three months after placing the order—there is no indication that anything has shipped.

In summary: the customer service is appalling, the handling of the order is disgusting, and the communication has been almost non existent. The whole process feels dodgy and like it is there to take people's money and hope they eventually give up. I now do not expect this item to be delivered at all and hopefully this stops others falling into the same trap. Stay away and would not recommend.

So, on Thursday the “S” key on my Dell XPS 13 snapped in half. I was going to by a replacement internal keyboard and pop that in when I thought I wonder if I could just find an “S” key and sure enough, LaptopKeyReplacements were like we got you. By Saturday I had a brand new, perfectly-fitting “S” key popped into place. Arrived professionally packaged with a QR directly to the install video. Tremendously easy with the guides on the website. It would seem like such a simple thing, but when you need it, these guys came through. Awesome! I’m extremely pleased. Thanks!

I ordered a replacement key for my MX Keys back in July for about $25, including overseas shipping. Then six days after that, they emailed me again telling me to disregard the previous message because the specific key I ordered was actually out of stock, offering me two options:

Took forever to come and the key is wrong.
I made sure to get the exact key I need for my computer but the one I recieved is the complete wrong size shape AND font
Its insane that I will eventually need to replace my computer because 1 key broke and I have spent so much money trying to get a new bloody key and KEEP getting scammed

The keys came decently fast, they were good quality and they work, although it was kinda difficult to get on properly but that's probably a skill issue of mine.

This key didn't fix my laptop, in fact it did the exact opposite and broke my laptop. Now the A key is completely non functional amd the installation guide is a complete joke. Beware from buying from this company, i was told in the instructions to remove th3 rubber piece that actually presses the gold contact and tehy dont tell you that its held in by adhesive therefore making the replacemnt impossible to apply. This company is a complete joke and is a borderline scam.

I had some trouble finding the keys I needed for some different model MX Keys for Mac. Support was very helpful getting me the correct replacement keys I needed. I watched some YouTube videos to get the gist of the repair. Just fixed 3 keyboards today.

As a Canadian customer, my order took a little longer to arrive (about a month from order to delivery) but that was to be expected. The tracking information wasn't necessarily up to date, but this was mentioned on their Shipping page for international orders. My order was listed as in transit when I was (happily) surprised to find it in my mailbox. It would be ideal if tracking was accurate from start to finish.

The order process was smooth. I appreciate the detailed information and videos on determining the appropriate hinge and how to install replacement keys.

I received the key 18 days after ordering. You can't be in a hurry to order from this place.

Beyond that, the key works fine.

I found the instructions for the key and keyboard I was reparing on their YouTube channel on my own. They have a QR code on a paper that comes with the key to get to their channel on YouTube but not to the proper YouTube clip that is relevant to the keyboard you ordered a replacement for.

Beyond that, I'm happy. I will order back from them if I have another broken key.

Ordered black keycaps, but received transparent ones instead. I emailed the seller about the issue, but they haven't replied. Disappointed with the service.

2 weeks later still says "awaiting fulfillment" and several unanswered emails with a generic AI response.

Absolute scam. I don't think this is even a real company. I ordered a single key replacement and over a month and half later and I've had no delivery from them, and they refuse to answer my emails asked for a status on my order.

Avoid this company at all costs, they're just a scam.

Terrible communication and terrible website, I ordered 1 key and 2 were placed on my order and shipped. I immediately saw the error after placing my order and sent an email explaining the situation but they did not correct it. I sent a second email and still was not corrected. Yes two keys were sent and I was charged for two keys. I also sent another email asking a question about the colors available just in case I could get a lighter color . The color I actually ordered was lighter and shade than the color I received. Again, I did not receive an email or phone call back from this company.
I was glad I was able to give them at least a one-star rating since on the brighter note, the one key I did need fit perfectly and I am very happy with that though I was not happy with the customer service and inability to call the company directly since I was not getting any response from their email system.

It’s extremely difficult or impossible to attach these without breaking the flimsy switches or having them uneven. They have NO directions that come with them. I took them to a professional computer repairer and even they couldn’t attach them because it was too cheap and flimsy. And customer service is awful, they take forever to respond to each back and forth (which lasted 2 months), and refused to give me a refund no matter how much proof I give them it didn’t work.

I asked for an a key and got an s key. Made me wait weeks for wrong key.

Useless company. Said they have items in stock. Didnt ship, didnt inform. Never buy from them
