I am now over a month after my order and it has yet to arrive and likely never will. Their CSR stopped responding. Initiated CC chargeback.

This company should be completely avoided. Their email is down almost all the time. If you log into their website and write a message asking about your order, you will be ignored. And the toll-free number is not even valid on the website. I filed a BBB complaint after this terrible experience to get my money refunded. Because I waited over a week without the order being shipped. It said the order was still being processed.

Ordered in late March. It's now mid June.

Haven't received my part.

Company responds that it did not have the part (after I sent images of exactly what I needed).

Next communication from the company was short staffed.

The next communication was for a black key.

Never shipped.

Asked about the endless delays, the company told me it would ship again.

No tracking number, no shipment, nothing.

The only thing this company did was take my money---and did so right away.

Total fail

Disputing the charge with my credit card.

I've been waiting for 1 month. I ordered Logitech MX Keys and have been waiting for 1 month. No response to my emails, I'm still waiting. They haven't shipped for 1 month!

No communication for a week, when I messaged to ask they said there was a problem with the key I selected and asked for verification. Once submitted, no further communication from them was received.

J'ai commandé le 27/04/2026 et nous somme le 03/06/2026, je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande, ils ne répondent jamais aux email (3 mails envoyés, dont un avec une autre boite). J'ai commandé deux jeux de touche et les outils. C'est une entreprise qui vole les clients, surtout n'achetez pas chez eux, vous ne reverez jamais votre argent.

Quite unhappy with my experience here. I ordered a replacement "N" key. It took a little longer than I expected to ship (not a huge deal), but when the key arrived, it was NOT an N, it's this weird symbol: ᴨ. It has a flat top and no tail like a lowercase N has. At first I thought it was Greek, but I finally asked Claude.ai what it is, and it said that the thing is "a specialized Unicode character." I've been back and forth with someone from their "customer service" and sent them a picture of it, requesting that they send me an N, but they won't give it to me. Instead, he keeps asking for a my computer model number, which I provided in the order, an pictures of the hinge clip for the letter and the area on the keyboard with the missing key. It's bizarre. I don't know why they won't just send me an N. Anyway, I'm done with them. Can't believe they sent me a unicode symbol for a laptop key.

The hinge clips broke on my Apple Magic keypad. I read the negative reviews but figured it was worth a try for the modest cost involved. It wasn't. The key came but the metal stabilizer bar was missing. I've since tried to get the missing bar. No luck. Runaround interspersed with no communication. The business seems to be operating from different websites, so be careful.

The key replacement fit my laptop model perfectly, and considering overseas shipping was fast and hassle-free! Couldn't recommend them more!

After several weeks, my order was canceled with no explanation.

Update: the company has now contacted me, saying that they do not carry the keys for my laptop model, contrary to the statement on their website that they carry every brand and model. They also asked me to remove this negative review. My standard practice when companies do that is to leave the review and add a warning that the reviews you see do not represent the full customer experience.

Great assistance identifying the key type. Questions were answered within a day or two, including follow ups.

The delivery was a bit slow but it is a known issue with availability at the time of order.

The key caps fit well and match the originals. It took me awhile to complete the replacement because there was no video that shows my particular Dell laptop model.

I won't hesitate to do business again with Laptopkeyreplacements.

Total scam. They do not send any cap, be carefull! On Reditt you can read other experiences.

The delivery was way too late and the plastic is a joke it broke immediately when attached in laptop. Paid 30€ for nothing.

After almost two weeks order has not been fulfilled or shipped. Even more troubling, emails to support address bounce back with message "address not valid". Messages to them after logging into account also go unanswered.

Beware, this scammer has several different websites that are all different versions of the same thing.

Additionally, I reported them to Apple support considering this group accepts Apple Pay (the payment form I used) and have already received a follow up from Apple.

Got a great deal on a samsung tab that came with the official keyboard cover, however one key was missing. These guys sorted me out! Postage took a while but I am in New Zealand. Would recommend don't throw out your keyboard!

I ordered without reading the reviews on reddit. This website is bad. I ordered 2 keys and they were shipped with a company called ePostGlobal - which has very inconsistent reviews. The package sat in a warehouse in Clalifornia, USA for weeks with no update. I emailed them asking when I would recieve the package (as I was supposed to get it within 2 weeks). They responded with "We would be happy to assist with your return" despite not having asked for one. When I replied correcting them, they then replied to me with 4 seperate emails that each contained nothing over the span of 2 days. A seperate email was then sent from them apologizing and that a live representative would be in conact with me, which never happened. I have since asked for a return.

SCAM. HORRIBLE SLOPPY SERVICE and they will expect YOU to pay for THEIR mistake.

First the instructions for my device were not listed on their YouTube channel. Had to contact them for link to the tutorial which did not have my device name listed on it.

The video they sent me was the correct one, but showed me that they clearly sent me the WRONG key. I sent them clear photos of my invoice confirming that I made the correct request, one of the area where the missing key is, and the incorrect key that they sent me.

They took DAYS to respond, and I contacted them from a different email address because I sensed they were ignoring me.

Then I got a slew of messages claiming they were backed up with their customer support and asked if I still needed help, to which I responded that I have gotten neither a refund nor replacement.

Then they had the audacity to to send me this message:

“Please see your order, your order was fro type + and you can clearly see you have a combot touch, so they are indeed different, for a $5 item we do not have the margins to reship for you as it cost alot to ship out, if you can help out with shipping and handling i can reship for you without you having to return back anything, can you help out with the $8 shipping and handling fee?”

I am supposed to “help out” a company by paying for their mistake?

They are VERY sloppy as their online tutorials are inadequately labeled, they send the wrong pieces, they have inconsistent and inattentive customer service, and they expect people to pay for the company’s long list of mistakes.
