I received Order No LJ00026866

I received Order No. LJ00026866 yesterday, January 4th.

I was HORRIFIED at the poor quality. It looks like a child's craft project.
I wouldn't wear it to a pajama party.
It looks NOTHING like the photos!
There was no need to open the clear packaging once I saw
the product. So, it is untouched; in it's original sealed packaging.
HOW DO I RETURN IT TO GET A REFUND?

Do Not order from this company

Do Not order from this company. I ordered an outfit months ago and never received order. I requested a refund on Dec 7th, Ladyjuice said I would receive the refund within 7 days. It’s been a month and no refund. I am an attorney and I intend to turn this company over to the BBB and Al Attorney General’s Office.

Very cheap quality, not worth price

I thought because of the price of what I was ordering, the quality would be way better. It was not. It was cheaply made with cheap materials. I waited for it to go on sale, was watching the price for like 4 months. So I bought it when the price did go down a little bit. But, even with the discounted price, the product was not worth even half of that.

They sent the clothes quickly

They sent the clothes quickly. My only complaint is the duster speed on the images the sequins were brought and vivid, but they are actually pastel. It's pretty too, but not as shown

I would give it negative stars if I could. I ordered a dress from there. It took about three weeks to get. The reflective section of the dress is actually stickers. I’m trying to return it for a full refund and they’re giving me problems. Don’t ever buy from there. It’s cheap crap. Yah they will give you a refund but you have to fill out a form and also get a shipping tracking number to ship it back to them. After spending $150 on a crappy dress you have to spend another $30 to ship it back. Don’t buy from them!

Received my order and it was cheap and earrings were broken. Definitely not the same attire that was advertised (was supposed to have mirrors but it had thin silver fabric sewed on instead)

Do not order

The ads for this company are beautiful. I have ordered about $1000 dollars worth of clothing from them. What I have received are cheap, ill fitting knockoffs that cannot be worn in public. I have had to argue for every cent that I’ve received for partial refunds. The company tries to give partial or no refunds while encouraging you to give the clothing you don’t like to a friend. Why would you give such cheap horribly made clothing to a friend? I will never order from this company again and I would encourage anyone who is looking at the enticing ads and considering buying to think again. Save your money. There are plenty of high quality legitimate companies with quality products from which to choose

DO NOT BUY from this company!!!!!! I had the worst experience from this! The dresses were nasty & cheap, when I asked to return I had to pay £25 shipping fee to return!! Rip off, don’t waste your time or money!
