The products are beautiful

The products are beautiful! Very well made. The style are absolutely gorgeous!
Usually Sizes are true.
I had only 1 issue with a size of a Jeans that I ordered. So make sure to measure before you order.
The only other issues is delivery.
If you need an item for a certain date, you can’t trust it to come for the date you need it. So you need to order way in advance.

Placed an order on Jan 17

Placed an order on Jan 17, 2024. Returned it 2 days later. Sent the pics as the requested along with paying for shipping to return it. It is now March 27, 2024 and I have YET to receive my money back. I have emailed several times ans received the message..."we backed up and the return will come shortly". This is bad business and I'm a business owner that would NEVER treat my customers like this. You guys make it bad for those of us who like to shop online. Can I have my money back please and thank you.

I just want to say I will never ever…

I just want to say I will never ever again shop at Lady juicy. They are the worst bad policy. Don’t trust them. They send the Clothes and they don’t send back a request to return them. If they don’t fit it’s been three weeks now I’m fighting. I’m gonna throw these clothes out and I paid a good money for them so I’m just trying to warn people do not shop at that site ever again it’s the worst.

Literally the worse service and worse…

Literally the worse service and worse online company I’ve ever come across ! DO NOT buy from them as they don’t respond to emails or anything ! Placed order on 15 of March I’ve heard nothing from the company ! Tried to cancel the order again heard nothing from the company !
I’ve emailed twice and they don’t have decency to even contact you back or reply

It’s like they don’t really exist

It’s like they don’t really exist. Placed order on March 8. On March 18 it still said awaiting shipment, so I sent email. Website states that they guarantee a reply in 48 hours. it is now March 23rd and I’ve received no response, but I’m getting almost daily email ads. I even responded to one of them, and no response.
So then I went to Facebook and made a comment on one of their posts, and sent a direct message. On the post they had responded to others within one day, it’s been a couple days still no response.
The item I ordered is for my birthday party on Saturday, March 30th, now I’m thinking I need to order something else and then figure out how to cancel this order and get a refund. I’m still paying for breast cancer bills, so I really don’t have extra money for 2 purchases.

Terrible quality and customer service

I ordered three items. I got no order confirmation or shipping information. I wrote to them and they sent shipping information for two items. Those items arrived and were of terrible quality. The zippers do not work, among other quality issues. I requested a refund and to cancel the third item. I have sent three emails and not one response to the desire to return/refund. Finally received a response and instead of a refund or option to return they offered to refund me 30%. 30% on clothes I cannot wear. Unacceptable.

No item, no refund - AVOID

*****update, 1 day after my review I had my refund***

Placed an order 4th Feb, hadn’t been dispatched by the 23rd, after I contacted Lady Juice to see where my order was, they advised, on the 25th, my item was no longer available and I’d get a refund. Still waiting on my refund. AVOID 😡

awaiting refund 1month

Bought an item start of January suppose to have been delivered end of January, it never came been trying to get my refund for a month and still no hope as they say they can only issue so many refunds a day, my advice is to avoid this place, no idea if their items are any good but customer relation from them is shocking most likely never going to get my money but hopefully this comment will help people avoid this company, YT2402321236062762

Quick update after leaving this review it's like a miracle has happened the refund has gone back into my account, I WOULD still avoid this place 100%

The quality is very cheap

I order the metallic sequin gold half blazer which was $72.99. The material was very very cheap. I put the blazer on which I did like it after trying it on but the material is worth $12.99 vs $72.99. When I received the package it was no order number or receipt. I wanted to return the item for a larger size. I 've tried emailing and no one is responding. It's just seem impossible to communicate with someone. I don't recommend this store if you're looking for quality clothing.

Scammers

Scammers! Quality is awful. When I requested a return they offered me £18 back for a £70 dress. I reluctantly agreed to keep the dress and accept their offer. Now one month in and still no sign of a refund.

Took care of the issue

I did have some issues in the beginning but they took care of it immediately. Product was exactly like the picture and I can wait to perform in the jumpsuit.

Do Not trust this online site, the people giving negative reviews here are true and correct, 2 of my orders placed on Dec 8 of 2023 , the first came and completely different from what it showed on their site , the clothing materials is so cheap, the glitters got off on the clothes and fell all over my floor , the other pre order has Not arrived, I have contacted them numerous times through email in which their only way of contact called Supportladyjuice and I got no response on regards of the order expect a response for feedback . This company is a S C A M .. Please do Not TRUST this Ladyjuice

We would like to clarify some things.

1) The SKU is a pre order. Searching the SKU on the site or check your order details, and you can easily see the mark of [pre order] in its title.

2) We not only have support@ladyjuice.com, but have complaint@ladyjuice.com and live chat on Facebook. Every email of yours (except for duplicate emails) was replied within short period of time. If you have got no response, there must be something wrong, for example, spam, blacklist, that made our response fail to get through. Contacting channel is changable if one doesn't work.

3) Ladyjuice is not a scam otherwise there is no need to follow up on each complaint here. We are a trustable company that is experiencing a backlog and extending our working time to address the problem of delay.

Cheap Quality clothing

I ordered 4 items from Ladyjuice in Nov 20, 2023. They partially shipped each item weeks after another. My last shippment was on 1/19/24. They promised 30 days delivery that was not true. I saw their page on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I looked at their website; I knew they are from China but I still gave them a chance to prove me wrong. Like many reviewers here, the quality of their clothes are Terrible. They are unbelievable cheap quality & material. I paid $472.97 for 4 items that worth no more than $50.00. When I received them, I could return them right away but I know it will be such a hassle & it will cost me money to ship them back so I decided to throw the clothes away. The clothes didn't fit me even I ordered the correct sizes. I wasted my money & have learned not to trust online clothing brands from China or at least take time to research the company better. Many of them use US address but they are from China and you can tell right away from their sites. I gave them a try and hopeful, but I was wrong. If you have the money to waste then try it for yourself, but I am sure you will regret. One thing I will give them is that they responded to emails within reasonable time.
