Refuses to refund me a $5 pickup fee because they were out of stock of items, which brought my total down, and incurred a pickup charge. This is not my fault. I promise you this multimillion dollar corporation is scamming many low income Americans this way! I NEVER authorized my debit card to be charged. Only my EBT card! Argued with support for 3 hours and I still haven’t gotten anywhere.

Kroger on Union Ave, Memphis Tn. I have a complaint about produce. Kroger should consider getting their turnip greens from another supplier. Bakers Farm turnip greens are terrible. The leaves are yellow. And the and greens start to decay after several hours. This is unhealthy. Which means they were grown in unhealthy soil. In additional when get in the store they swimming in ice and water. Which also indicates something unethical is into play. A dog shouldn't eat these greens
Say no to Kroger and their stupid MasterCard
Got talked into opening a Kroger-MasterCard. Points work *only* for gas, NOT FOOD, and MUST BE USED WITHIN DAYS. What a scam! Although I must admit I should have expected as much from Kroger. The only reason I shop there is because they're close. But since their prices jumped sky high to fatten their pockets and gouge customers, I've had about all I can take from those clowns. Aldi is across the street, where I do much of my shopping since Kroger started gouging. HEB is another option, and it's on my way back from my local Costco. I'll still go to Kroger when I need an item or two quickly, but that's it. As for doing my weekly shopping there? Not on your life!
Kroger website is awful
Kroger, your website is ridiculously SLOW, It's so frustrating. FIX IT, PLEASE. you have thousands of customers, hundreds of stores, can't you fix your website for those customers who shop online? I was enjoying Kroger delivery, but after being so annoyed that it was taking me HOURS, just to place an order, I stopped ordering from kroger. Plus they're more expensive than other stores, so. I see I'm not the only one who is frustrated with them. Fix it!

Not sure when it started but if you look real close at Kroger sells as in the buy one or by two get one free they're Jack in the prices up on the other two to pay for the third one that you're not getting me for free Nas energy drinks everywhere else $2 Kroger's raises the price to $3 a piece so it's paying for that third one and it's like that on other products in the store too

Personal experience for the location near my house but I won’t be ordering delivery anymore I’m fed up. The drivers don’t ever drop my groceries off at MY doorstep it’s always left somewhere else. Not sure if they’re sending drivers that can’t read or are just simply mentally impaired bc I’m not understanding how this happens so often. My address matches the address on the app. Maybe they’re just dropping them off wherever but that’s really messed up, inconvenient and careless or maybe they’re just keeping the groceries but I’m done ordering delivery from them but they need to choose better drivers and fire the ones who are too slow to shop and deliver food it’s not that hard to do

Using their website is a nightmare
I don't usually have problems with my order and if I do, they refund my money. The problem I have with them is their online ordering. I have marked to keep connected and it shows my name at the top. But when I try to go to the pharmacy or even look at my cart, it makes me sign in again!!! WHY??? Many times I go to the pharmacy website and it says a prescription is ready to fill so I put it in my cart and when I go to check out, it doesn't let me. Whoever is in charge of your IT department needs to be fired or at least demoted. It is so frustrating using your website! I had to pick a date, but I wouldn't complain if it was just one or two dates!

Boost membership!! Be aware if you use instacart. I bought 131.44 dollars in groceries to be delivered. The same guy that delivered my groceries twice prior delivered my groceries to the wrong address. Both previous times he took a picture of the groceries that were delivered. This time it was a picture of a ceiling. I contacted customer service at first they insisted that he delivered my groceries to the correct address. I asked to see the picture of the delivery. The picture was of a ceiling or wall. I asked if I could have the order replaced and they wouldn't do it. They said I would receive a full refund in 2-5 business days that I would need to submit another order. This is the first time that my groceries have not been delivered, however, I have made purchases in the past that I had to go to the store because they said that items were out of stock. When I got to the store 2 hours later, the items were fully stocked. Don't waste your money!
KROGER's Fraudulent Authorization Hold on Debit Card UNRESOLVED
Kroger does not have a process in place that allows their customer service people to manually reverse authorization holds. In my case, two fraudulent authorizations totaling $560 were made on my debit card. Thanks to my quick action, the fraudulent order was not filled; however, Kroger says I must wait for the authorization on my debit card to droop off automatically which takes 5 days. This ties up those funds for five days. I worked at a bank and I know the process requires they simply do an "authorization hold reversal" - taking about three minutes of someone's time. So far, they refuse. If this is not fixed today, they will spend a lot more time AND money dealing with me.

I am a California Ralph's customer. Ralph's is owned by Kroger. We do most of our in person shopping at Ralph's with some WALMART PLUS home delivery here in Palm Springs, California. Corporate customer service is EXCELLENT! Kroger succeeds in guaranteeing satisfaction.
Kroger will add more money to the original order
I placed a delivery order for $31.90 on tuesday and delivery on thursday. I was charged an additional $44.76 !!!! So my 31.90 order when placed came to $76.66!!! They claimed that the prices went up after I placed my order. They are a rip off.... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!

Always shop at Kroger, great company, very good employees. Last few years Kroger has been going the wrong way on customer service, not a very good model in my opinion for a good company. Biggest gripe is the fried chicken that has been some of the very best you can get, they changed breading on fried chicken and went from a solid 10 to about a 7, disappointing. All good things come to an end I guess! Don’t buy it very often anymore.

Kroger is a pretty good company overall. The employees are friendly and they usually have what I need. I like the fact that they have a pharmacy onsite and have begin selling clothes and household items. Of you join their loyalty club, you can get discounts and bargains.
Don't Believe Kroger - Bait and Switch Scam
When making a purchase in July, Kroger was offering a promotion where when you purchase $175.00 or more Kroger would apply a $35.00 credit. However, after the purchase was made I reviewed the receipt and noticed that the $35.00 credit was not applied. I called Kroger Customer Service and was told that a $35.00 credit was added to my account and would be applied on my next Kroger purchase. So I made another purchase and yet again Kroger did not apply the $35.00 credit owed to me. So I called Customer Service again and was told that nothing could be done for me. I would have to make another purchase and the credit would be applied on that purchase. Kroger is just running a bait and switch scam.

Watch the expiration date(s) for products you are ordering online for pick up. I placed an order online and scheduled pick up for the next day. All of the sale prices and coupons were eliminated, and the price increased from $145.83 to $201.28 (no Kroger coupons or savings were applied to the new amount). The store manager basically told me this happens a lot and customers need to watch the fine print on the site. This was not my first order but, will be my last. Shabby customer service.
