Booked a room on Oct 2025 via Agoda, kiwiwallet shown it is tracked with $50 pending payout, then got decliend payout for no reason. Reach out to support on Feb 2026 but got no reply, reached out again in Mar and support reply having a look but no feedback, and stop replying follow up emails in Apr.

Best stop using them and change to shopback.com now.

They are a legit company, I've received cashback on a few different purchases. Customer service may not be the fastest, but it is legit.

Terrible customer service - have to contact them to change aliexpress cashbacks from pending to confirmed.

When I asked why I have had to do this multiple times, I was told "Generally, we update the status automatically via retailers' APIs. Unfortunately, AliExpress APIs are a bit tricky to handle due to access limitations, then we have to update the transactions manually. This process is also an additional overhead for our team."

I then asked if this is manual why is this not mentioned in the help centre that you have to contact them for aliexpress cashback (and/or why do they not have an automatic process to check and update cash claims for aliexpress after 6 weeks for example). This question has been ignored for 3 weeks now

Very poor, would not recommend using kiwiwallet.

Decline for no reason, very very slow to ad cash to your account and many many missing clicks. No point using it if it’s more hassle than it’s worth to get a few cents back.

I heard people were saying how good this website but its not that great like for the first two times when i ask for my missing cash back it took them over a year to accept my cash back after when i emailed them about it then they said oh here you go

and when i ask them for my pending cash back that took them over like 5+ months to say to me oh here you go now you can cash your money out and then they declined one my transctions without any reason

And i been using shopback they are faster and if i ask for missing back they givie me within a week not a whole year and the withdraws are faster as well

The process is clear and easy. You shop, earn and cash in. I always check kiwiwallet before purchasing online.

Everything was fine, but for three months now I have not earned cashbacks with this service. I have received all my purchases from different sellers for a long time and there have never been such delays before. But when I contacted support, I received a standard answer - that my cashback will be updated when they receive confirmation from the seller. If it were just one seller, I would think that the problem was with the seller, but as things stand, it looks to me like the company has some problems and there will be no more payments until the company closes soon. I would recommend changing the service if you use it or avoid becoming a client of this service if you are not yet.
Added. I will definitely change my review as soon as I start earning cashback again on purchases that have already been clamed. The last confirmed cashback in my account was September 19 last year. Several dozen purchases from different sellers are still awaiting confirmation from that time. Just yesterday I confirmed the receipt of two more purchases from Aliexpress. I don’t see any problems that I can solve on my side, but you don’t see any problems? Is everything going as it should? Previously, it also took several months to confirm cashback?

Quick and easy. Money was in my account the next day.

i also had around over $300 cash back pending since mid 2022 now. i emailed them for multiple times regards to this agoda reward. but they never ever reply my email. website said reward will be paid up to 90 days. they never pay large reward. small reward like countdown purchase, they probably pay, but large reward just illusion. don't trust them. scammer!!!!

Really easy to use and quick to gain cashback by visiting retailers I would normally shop with. The payout when requested took less than 24 hours before it arrived in my bank account

Bit annoyed that Countdown has stopped doing cashback (hopefully only temporarily) as that's the main reason I use KiwiWallet. I'll be back when Countdown come back. Takes ages (over 3 months) to have the cashback available, but once it builds up it's super easy and quick to cash out.

Most cashbacks had to be manually entered by me as missing cashback. A couple were difficult to log as there was no one-off receipt for me to show, and took about a year to be "payable".

Website (and app) is aesthetically good but usability could be better. Some things that I think I need to click to go to another page BUT I actually have to click something *next* to it. E.g. clicking on "My Account" doesn't do anything, I need to click on the dots next to it.

Browser extension is great as it means I never miss an opportunity.

Search function could be improved by having it give suggestions as you type, especially as misspelling the brand name can mean nothing shows up.

But otherwise, after 2 years of using this platform (infrequently, as I don't shop much online), I was able to get almost $100 in cash back. Will keep using this platform!

Simple to use. Takes a while for them to verify your purchase, but once they do it's quick and easy to collect your mooney.

Mostly use for Countdown click and collect orders, have been using the service for the past 4 years, at least one order per week. I have claimed almost $200 now through KiwiWallet.

I have only had fantastic hassle free dealings with kiwi wallet. Highly recommend!!
