Top Cashback

They do have the top amount of cash back usually barring flash sales but they also have a lot of restrictions that can be a pain like affiliated products on Aliexpress which you have to check if the product gets cashback or not Shop Back are the same but the just won't give you cash back on the same products that Topcashback will so you have to check the items whichever one you use of those. Coupert gives less but will auto do coupons and they do not care which products you buy so you choose whichever you think is best I use all three lol but not all at once or you will get nothing, and emptying carts which if you lose connection on a big order can be a real pain think Woolworths groceries for an example.

System blocked my claim due to support's misleading advice! $120 stolen.

I placed an order for a gas provider switch in early May for $120 cashback. I contacted customer service immediately in May. Support explicitly told me the tracking was "Updated" & will be shown in my account after 19th May, also ask me not to do anything just WAIT. I trusted them and waited for the switch to complete. Now that the switch is successful, I checked my account and found NO tracking info.
I tried to submit a Missing Cashback Claim today, but the system blocked me, saying it’s been over 100 days. This is ridiculous! It is only because your support team misled me and told me to wait that I missed the system window. I have the email proof from your support in May and also emailed you the proof of my successful gas connection. Please have a senior manager look into this and manually credit my $120 into account

I have my support email and account info ready. Please contact me via Trustpilot's private message to resolve this

I have been trying to make a booking…

I have been trying to make a booking through luxury escapes and get cashback but your website isn’t allowing me to book dates. I then went direct to luxury escapes and had no problem except that I could not earn cashback! Not very happy about this.

The TopCashback website simply redirects you to the retailer's website to complete your purchase. We don't control the booking process or the availability of dates once you've been redirected. If dates were unavailable after clicking through from TopCashback but available when visiting the retailer directly, this may have been due to a temporary technical issue or a problem with the retailer's website at that time.

We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially as it meant you were unable to earn cashback on your booking.

If you experience this again, we'd encourage you to contact us before completing your purchase directly with the retailer. We'll do our best to investigate the issue and, where possible, work with the retailer to resolve it.

Biggest scam.. use Shopback instead!

They are the biggest scam. Nothing ever tracks and when you put through a missing cashback claim.. they basically tell you that there is no record of you having clicked through to the retailers site which is the biggest BS. At the time I even carefully made sure I clicked through and used no coupons. Even more frustrating was that I decided to use Topcashback over Shopback because Topcashback had a measly 1% higher cashback. In hindsight I would've been better off sticking to a more reliable cashback program like Shopback.
So now I'll stick to Shopback where I've so far have generated over $10k in cashback because know all my purchases are actually tracked there. Unlike this piece of scam that topcashback is - waste of time and effort! Just go read the Reddit forums - everyone else have had the same terrible experience!

When a transaction fails to track, we submit a missing cashback claim to the retailer on your behalf. The outcome of that claim is determined by the retailer based on the tracking information they hold. If they advise that they have no record of TopCashback being the source of the purchase, we are unfortunately unable to award cashback that we have not received from them.

We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, especially when you made a conscious decision to shop through TopCashback. While we do everything we can to advocate for our members, we are ultimately dependent on the retailer's tracking and validation systems.

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars.

Assume you are never getting the cashback before buying, avoid at all costs! Bought a boost mobile sim cashback promo in November 2025. 1 week later it doesn't automatically link, so I send a ticket which takes a full 6 months for them to acknoledge the transaction occurred, then another 3 month wait for the money to be withdrawable.

At the end of it all they didn't even send a notification that the money is available to take out. Don't bother with this service, save yourself the headache.

The worst app

The worst app. The worst cashback company. A friend recommends you. You have $25 pending. I’ve made a few transactions on Temu and they’ve all been rejected. I have a dusk that’s pending and I’d like to upload the receipt but of course they’re pathetic customer service comms doesn’t allow uploads. Just a simple message and submit. I strongly believe that they do this so that you don’t get the $25. I don’t understand the positive reviews. This company feels like a scam to me. I have put so many things through and uploaded tickets and they are pending several weeks on if not months. Customer service are totally useless and unhelpful. If I could give this company a zero or minus I would because that’s what they deserve. You can keep your $25. I’m done using this terrible app. I’ll stick with ShopBack.

Update - I receive a response to be told they do not tolerate aggression or demeaning behaviour because I called the response pathetic. Wow!! No name calling, no swearing, nothing. And this is how their rude and unhelpful customer service responds. How about the threatening response you just sent because I used the word "pathetic. My last chance? I wont be using this horrid company anymore. How dare you respond to me in such a threatening manner! Its okay for you. Hopefully management will see this and review their staff responses!! Obviously this feedback has passed trustpilot code of conduct!

We would like to clarify a couple of points. Firstly, we do not withhold cashback from members. Cashback is only paid once the retailer validates the transaction and pays the commission to TopCashback. Where a retailer declines a transaction or a claim, we are unfortunately unable to pay cashback that we have not received ourselves.

Regarding your comment about uploading receipts, while attachments cannot be added directly through the claim message thread, our team is always happy to review supporting documents sent via email when requested. If your Dusk claim requires an invoice or receipt, we would be pleased to request it from you.

We are also sorry that you felt our previous response was threatening. That was certainly not our intention. Our aim is always to maintain respectful communication with all members while ensuring our team members are treated with the same courtesy. If our response came across differently, we apologise for that impression.
