Kismet has been very good to me! I ordered a pair of super cute over all shorts, however they were too small... the ladies of kismet has been very kind and helpful in the exchange process! I will definitely order from kismet collections again and again!

Absolutely terrible product. I purchased the Khaki Green overalls and they arrived after two months.... the quality is absolutely shocking. A five year old child could do a better job. Save your money and have a friend make a replica for you as this is literally just a few pieces of a super thin material, badly stitched together and coming apart EVERYWHERE. I contacted Kismet about the shocking quality and their response was for me to return it for a refund at my own cost. which means I would now be paying upwards of $50 USD for an item that I could buy at the dollar store.

Ordered 2 items - both of which were poor quality, ill-fitting, and started to fall apart (literally) after only a few wears. One items was delivered nearly 3 months after it was ordered. Cute designs but I would not order again.

I wish I could give zero stars...all items ordered were not delivered...items that arrived took a month to receive, were of poor quality and not as in the photos...what was received was returned per their instructions and at my expense...and more than a month has passed with no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM KISMET

It is the worst online company to buy articles of clothings ever. I ordered my overalls four months ago and I never received it. I sent a message about three months ago and they never responded. I sent a message again and they finally responded, but I can't be understood to be refunded for their bad services. Worst customer service.

The oversized cotton Amy overalls actually run true to size. Since I love the oversized look, I needed to make an exchange for a larger size. Customer service promptly assisted me with the exchange. I had to pay the return postage, but I was thankful the exchange was even possible. This is my first experience with Kismet and I will definitely be back. Very cool clothing and friendly service!

I was truly astounded by the customer service I received from Kismet! It's a great little company, that offers a wide range of different clothing styles. I purchased two items from Kismet, and I had some trouble figuring out what I was doing but once i sent out an email to the Kismet Customer service I received some of the kindest help within the day! REMEMBER that Kismet is just a store that sell products from many different companies! Meaning that they don't always have control over what is being shipped out. Both of the items I purchased arrived a lot faster than expected, one item was Way Beyond Expectation, and even though the other item I received was faulty Kismet was quick to help me out, and even reached out to the seller to try to get me a refund (which I did receive). Amazing Website I would definitely recommend! <3

I ordered an item and received it in the wrong color and with no hesitation they put the money back in my bank account and did not even encourage me to send it back! Super sweet customer service and great line :)

I purchased two one small and one medium overall green and blue short sets. I received medium and it was too small. I am a size 0. I knew the green wouldn't fit and asked Customer Service to go on and refund due to back order. They were happy to do it and emailed me constantly to make sure everything was good. I just received pants and there was a rip in the elastic waist closure. I can sew it myself. I believe due to where label was while it was in shipping bag. It had stuck. Although all products did not fit perfectly, the experience has been great. Thank you so much for quick responses and changing orders. 'The pants are so pretty. I have the perfect choices for shirts as well.

Not only was service terrible (no shipping updates, finally came over a month later), but the product I purchased, a green jumper, was absolutely garbage. Wrong color, way too small, very poor quality, whatever could be wrong with it you name it. It didn't even come with a receipt and the packaging was super sketchy with the word lady pants written on the front in the recipient box. The worst part is though they won't allow any negative reviews on their page. Total scam.

Got a bag from the website. The bag broke after 2 months. Kismet have agreed to replace the bag. I'll keep you updated with the out come

Total scam - waited nearly 6 weeks for an order. Told me they never had processed the order (which they failed to ever tell me) and offered a refund. Accepted the refund but they refused to refund me and instead said they found my order. Completely awful.

I ordered 2 pants and a jump suit online and thought it was arriving from the U.S. It came from China instead and the quality of all 3 items were terrible. The items were around 35 Dollar but were really worth around 10 Dollars! Never again!

I thought I'd ordered a beautiful dress (the Elsa Floral Maxi Dress) from a store in the US. I received a package from China, which due to customs mentioned a value of the dress of only USD 7.00, while I paid USD 36.90 and the dress itself is a flimsy piece of crap, made from fabric of terrible quality. Also the silhouet is nothing like on the pictures on the website. The model on the picture is thinner than me, I bought the smallest size they have and it looks like a circus tent on me.
Do not buy here.

I have bought a couple of items from Kismet, the first, a jumpsuit which was great qualty and fit well. Exactly as described. The second item, a dress which was very average. The was a fault in the way that the dress was made which meant that it was virtually unwearable. I got in contact with Kismet and had nothing but fast and friendly communication. With a few photos that were sent and a description of the fault, Kismet offered a few suggestions to rectify the situation. Within three days i was offered either a refund or a new dress to which i accepted a refund.
They were polite to deal with and considering the time difference and difference in countries, was dealt with at a timely rate.
Thank you kismet and i will be shopping with you again.

Well, tbh I didn't wear from 'em before. But I hella love their collections, so different and cute! They look comfortable too.

Same as the others, including wishing I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered.
I ordered two pairs of pants. The corduroy pair came and was teensy. Not remotely American sizing. I still haven't gotten the second pair. After quite a search I figured out how to email and ask for a return.
The one good thing I will say is that the guy I've been dealing with about the return has been super attentive. Emails me back instantly, etc. Not his fault that the pants don't fit, etc. But it's still the company policy not to pay shipping on returns. And they don't make it easy, requiring a photo of the clothing, and then a photo of the shipping receipt with a tracking number. I shipped the return anyway and paid the $12 (better than being out what I paid for the pants) and I'll see if I ever get my money back and/or if I ever get the second pair of pants, if they fit, etc.
