The item that I order was delivered by china pos and I found the same item in Aliexpress and the price was 30-35 euros less than kismetcollections price (there was 50% sale so the original price was 70eur +/- and in Aliexpress it was 15eur +/-
This shop is definitely not working ethically and just to try to fool people to make easy money!

I wish I would have read the reviews on here before I ordered. This company outsources all their workers and uses the same email templates for all customer service communication (I was sent the same template multiple times by different people.) After I placed my order, I was able to do a reverse photo look up on google and found my item for sale on Aliexpress for $5.47 and it was over $35 on the Kismet website!! I decided to wait to see if this was the same item and yes, it was. I contacted the manufacture on Aliexpress and sent photos of the item I received and Lily informed me that yes, Kismet buys all their items from Aliexpress and my item was from her shop!

I'm so unhappy. How is it ethical to sell an item for $35 that you paid $5 for? And you hire all overseas workers to keep cost low? This shop isn't ethical. They try to hide behind the whole "we support local business" bs but they don't. They aren't based in Hawaii.. My item came straight from a China SWEAT SHOP!!!!!!! Don't buy from this company unless you want to be completely ripped off!!

It's companies like these that are KILLING our planet. They aren't helping the environment, just creating more waste and more destruction to our sea life and planet. I hope Kismet gets shut down. If you really want the items that they have for sale, just buy them on Aliexpress and you will save over $200!!

I ordered their linen overalls and the item is 2-3 sizes smaller than described by the size chart. I contacted about a refund and was asked to measure the item to confirm that it was much smaller than it should be. I refused. It is not the customers responsibility to conduct product control. It’s been 6 months. I returned the item and was never refunded.

I’m from Brazil and love the “hippie chic” style of the company. Recently, I bought one piece of clothing and loved the tissue (excellent quality). The product definitely delivers what appears on the photo. The measurament didn’t fit me very well, and in one request the store understood my situation e resolved the exchange in a simple way. I was very satisfied with the response and atitude about the exchange. Many companies usually complicate this kind of situation and it wasn’t tha case with them, wich were very caring and lovable. Strongly recommend! (Sorry if my english wasn’t correct hehehe).

Items come from China, sizing is incorrect, way to small! Quality very poor. I’m having to return both overalls and pay £13.50 for return postage. Don’t buy from them, all good reviews here are written by the same person!

TERRIBLE. Worst quality literally should be worth 2$. They said they were sorry and that they’d issue me a refund without having to send the outfit back. 2 weeks have went by and now they won’t answer my emails. Do not buy from them.

I bought the Ava cotton overalls and I could not be more pleased with the quality! They're so comfortable and I wear them all the time! Whenever people ask me where I got the overalls, I'm always happy to tell them about Kismet Collections! 10/10 would recommend. 👍

Linen overalls - Sizes are WAY smaller than stated
I ordered a pair of linen overalls. I ordered a size bigger than my usual size. I couldn't even get them over my legs. I followed the sizing chart as provided. Horrible. Never going to buy anything from here again, and sharing my negative experience with all who I know.

I ordered four different items from Kismet. Three arrived very quickly and are exactly as described, so I was unsurprisingly pleased, but the fourth item didn't show up so I contacted the company to ask what was going on. Abigail came straight back to me and helped me sort it out very quickly. She was very friendly and helpful and as such made me feel I was being looked after properly. Such care and attention is rare these days when dealing with companies, especially the bigger conglomerates. Kismet offers a more personal service that makes one feel cared about. Personally I am very happy with my dealings with them so far, so would happily recommend them.

I baught a dress but the package hasn't arrived. So I checked the tracking number of the package. It was accidentally delivered to the wrong adress. So I contacted the KismetCollectionsTeam via e-mail and they were really sweet and helpful. After a few hours I got the reply. They apologized really honest. They would ship the order immediately and offered me additionally a discount code. But actually, I baught the dress the day before I wrote the email, again. So I explained. They answered so quick and offered me a refund through cash or a giftcard in the amount of the last order. So kind of them! I received the money within 1 day! They are really nice, kind, helpful and fast. I love shopping at this shop. <3

I ordered a sweater in November that still hasn't arrived. In spite of sending an email to the company, I have heard nothing but crickets, no reply, no refund.

I would never order from this company again.

It can be very difficult to find reliable online stores sometimes and even though there was a hiccup in the arrival of the order, which is always a bit annoying, it's not Kismet Collections fault. I appreciate the team getting back to me so quickly and willing to refund my order!

Very fast, friendly and helpful customer service.

I order items online quite a lot and shopping at Kismet Collections is honestly among my most positive experiences! The array of garments and accessories I got from them turned out to be perfectly true to description and beautifully made, as a rule. In addition to making me feel super cute, everything is so comfy. They're by far the comfiest items in my wardrobe. I now want to overhaul my wardrobe so it consists entirely of such clothes!

I also really want to share an anecdote which I think is very telling, about Kismet. Mishaps are bound to happen when shopping online and I am pretty much resigned to them by now, with every site. The internet is still run by humans, so of course mistakes will be made. In my humble opinion, the true test for a company is in how they handle those glitches. On the one occasion a minor sizing hitch did occur, I reached out to Kismet. To be honest, based on previous interactions with other companies, I didn't have much hope in this one being resolved. I was in for a surprise!

I was utterly blown away by how quickly, efficiently and pleasantly they responded. The response was warm and personal. I swear, in the end you're almost glad of the error, because otherwise you wouldn't have gotten the nicest e-mails from Abigail!

The values Kismet sport on their website are definitely not just for marketing's sake. They're genuinely humane and really strive to build a bond of trust with you and make you happy with them and want you to feel good about yourself.

Well, mission accomplished! I'm absolutely planning on ordering more items from them in future. I just wish shopping online was always this lovely!

Great customer service. Kismet collections has unique items that are not found elsewhere. I have gotten some fab earrings from there and pants!

I have ordered twice at Kismet Collection and the first time everything was perfect, the second time I had an issue with one item but it was solved after few emails. The shipping times are a bit long but you are advised since the beginning so.. there is nothing to complain about. I am very satisfy of the products and the customer service is excellent.

These products are so awesome and not only that but the customer service is AMAZING. It’s so nice to shop somewhere that treats you so well. It’s rare to find cute clothes AND great customer service to back it up. Love this company!
