Two emails sent requesting an update on an awaited Utlasound appointment - no replies received.
One email complaint sent via their online 'Feedback' system - no reply received and I believed that the Kingsbridge Hospital Group would be more efficient than this but sadly not.
I will now cancel this awaited appointment which was first requested on Sept 17th and it is now October 27th.

Everyone from Reception through to nursing, anaesthesia, theatre and Recovery were professional and, most importantly, kind and friendly.

Pleasant experience because of good service and pleasant helpful staff.

Admitted for day procedure, staff very friendly, surgeon excellent. Procedure completed within 2 hours and home again, can't ask for any better service

Could not fault the consultants.
Administration work is non existant, Waiting weeks for a correct prescription as the one I recieved ws not written correctly. Then when the issue ws brough to light, "The dr. is on annual leave, we will gat back to you with the correct prescription" .

Paying good money to go private you would expect a higher level of service. This is not the case. Very long call waiting times. Very long waiting times on a reply to an email if you get one at all. Customer service is abysmal.

Dr Ronan McCann was very thorough as on the last visit and helpful and explained my options very clearly. I feel he has a genuine interest in pursuing the best outcome for me.

The place was clean staff friendly.
The doctor was informative made me feel at ease

This appointment was a review with Dr McNeice. As always he is most pleasant, professional and approachable. The staff on reception was also pleasant and one member explained when asked the prices of my procedures as i was using Benenden. This came as a relief to me as this information had not be explained to me earlier as i had been quoted much higher figures which would have exceeded my Benenden allowance. Obviously the latter figures were for self funding patients. Maybe this observation could be addressed in staff training , Thank you

Fantastic experience went yesterday for a consultation back today to see specialist problem solved after waiting 10 plus years on nhs waiting list.very professional and actually seemed to listen to me unlike previous appointments not private. Lovely clean tidy space.
