I was made comfortable and everything was explained to me prior to procedure started. First class service from caring professionals.

I felt the Doctor was really interested in helping me and indeed was able to advise me that Beneden would cover my surgery.

All staff were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mr O’Kane my consultant was really thorough and very committed to ensuring my treatment was carried out to the highest degree.
One minor negative is that Kingsbridge in general is becoming increasingly difficult to contact via the general number.

Very helpful staff & a lovely new building.
My only negative was getting to the building. Signage right from Lisburn Road, into carpark and then signs for diagnostic centre are not the best. Glad it was a dry day otherwise walking so far in the rain wouldn’t have been pleasant. If my husband had been with me, he would have had difficulty walking so far. I wasn’t told until at reception I could have got the courtesy bus. There was no indication of that at the carpark.

Absolute 5 star treatment. The hospital was just fantastic. The rooms were huge, super clean and all the staff were so caring and attentive. My son had his tonsils out and the doctors and nurses were just brilliant

You are made welcome from the minute you walk in the door. From reception to admission and during the the procedure and aftercare on the ward nothing was an issue to anyone and the care was second to none.

I had a very positive experience from start to finish. Graham Morrison was my consultant. He and his team of nurses and administrative staff were very professional and attentive and gave me the best possible treatment and care. I am very grateful to them all.
