Overall a good watch, excellent for calling daughter and never had an issue with connectivity. I can control who she can call which is a bonus.
Strap is comfortable and the face isn’t too big. Daughter likes that she can tap to connect with her friends.
GPS is slow to catch up but I did heavy research on this prior to buying and have spoke so to several other parents with different brands and they are all about the same unless you buy an apple etc and that’s us both too expensive and lacks the safety of this watch.

Daughter also likes that straps are interchangeable too as is screen saver.

Customer services: excellent, we had an error with the watch about 8 months after purchase, prompt to respond and new watch face provides.

Bought 2 of the kids nav watches, one for my 6yo and one for my 9yo. They both love them and are easy to work. Easy to set up and great way for me to communicate with them whilst they’ve been at grandparents over the school hols.

My daughter bought Kidsnav smart watch after saving h er pocket money. She is 9 and it's a bit on a bigger side when on the wrist but she loves it and wears it even when sleeps at night! It makes her feel like grown up, She says the calendar that allows her to arrange her dates, she takes pictures of her and her friends, she loves the games, especially math game, it improves her math skills. We tried phone calls and had no problem. Would defo recommend these watches for kids.

We bought the watch for our daughter and we'd buy it again. Does what it's supposed to and is easy to use. Highly recommend for a parent's piece of mind when your child is going out.

Bought Kidsnav Edge a year ago for my 8yr old and it is brilliant. Would 100% recommend. Have had no problems and it does so many things. Puts your mind at rest knowing where they are and being able to contact them anytime. Best buy.

We bought the Kids Nav watch for our child as they are 8 years old and wanting more independence playing in the street with friends or calling in to see their friends in the street.
The messaging is excellent and very easy to use.
The app gives great parental controls, for example the watch can only contact numbers that you the parent has added in the app beforehand.
You can also video call.

The sim card that comes with it is easy to use and you are not required to sign a subscription - this is good for us as we prefer to pay for what we use as we go.

The location option has proved very useful when the watch was accidentally misplaced. It was found easily and quickly.

Highly recommend this kids gps watch and other parents have admired it and want one too.

Great watch from Kids Nav. 8yr old son enjoys using it as more than just a watch. Able to contact parents and grandparents on it, take photos and more.
Website super easy to use and efficient and loads of different options to select from for the watch.
A great buy for those kids who aren't yet ready for a phone.

Bought this for my son to give us piece of mind as he’s just starting to venture out to play with his friends and it’s amazing! So easy to use and to keep in contact with him. So much so our friends are ordering for their kids now !

My son loves his kidsnav watch. It has given him some freedom and independence which is great. It was delivered quickly once ordered on the website. It's easy to set up and use. He loves to text and call his family and friends. I also like the classroom function so it can be disabled during class time. All in all a great watch.

Fantastic tool to offer my children freedom. Reasonably accurate gps with great battery life.

Website was easy to use with super fast delivery! My daughter loves her new kids nav watch. She has been using it for a few weeks - battery life seems fine, she can call and text parents and friends and is enjoying sending pictures & voicemails to our family group chat. Location seems pretty accurate when she is out with friends. It also intercepts any unknown numbers and notifies us which is great! A really positive experience for us!

We got this watch for our daughter and it has been so useful. She can texted her friends and me and her dad, along with other family members.
I can track her whereabouts, although sometimes not as accurate indoors, outside is been great.
Doesn't cost much to top up. Think we've put in £20 total since we got it November 2023.
She also loves being able to count her steps and delights in beating me daily.

I can track my son walking back from school. I can track also if he is going to the playground with his friends or on a day trip somewhere.
I love that he can call me, leave me voice notes and that he can only calls the contacts I put in the app.

It’s amazing without having to let me 9 year old have a phone. He can call me I can call him. We can also video call. I can find him if for any reason he dosnt answer. Honestly best money I’ve spent.

Bought watch for my daughter who really likes it. It had stopped working within a year but contacted customer service who replaced it immediately. It is well done although the GPS track system could be better! Daughter's sometimes tracked on motorway or miles from home when she's not far from the house.

Great for keeping in touch with children without having to get them a phone with all the associated distracting apps

Really great idea as we weren’t ready to give our daughter a phone. We found this and it’s been the perfect short term solution. She can call and message us and friends, while I still have control of the times she uses/ can accept call and messages. I.e. school times it can be turned off. It is very big so if your child has little wrists it can be a bit cumbersome but I do understand the need for the face to be big so they can see messages etc. it is a little tricky to message but that is expected on a watch. Overall I think this is such a fab idea and allows our daughter that little bit of freedom and responsibility before getting a phone.

Bought this watch for my 7 year old daughter and has been used daily for over a year now. It’s so handy when I need to contact her out playing or at a friends house and I can quickly see where she is at a glance. She loves sending me voice notes to update me, it makes her feel grown up as she’s still too young for a phone.

I never have time to go to Trustpilot just to write a review. But, this KiDSnav never fails in their customer service. That's why I dare to buy a second watch for another of my children. They know to care for their customer like us (fussy mommies monster!) Their website is so well-informed. The company that liaises with them is so easy to manage. I believe Kidsnav can go higher. We tried used in Malaysia and my kids still called me at the international rate. I still can top-up from any part of the world. I will recommend it to my friend who has trouble with other kids' GPS watches.
