Our son has had his watch for over a year now. He loves it. He has himself in a routine everyday now where makes sure it’s charged and wears it every day. We like as it allows us to keep in contact with him whilst he is walking to friends or to the shops. It’s also good to be able to see where he is when he is out through the app. The fact he can only call the numbers we enter into his watch is a big positive too.

We’ve been using our KidsNav watch for two years now (still used daily) and it has given me peace of mind that I can stay in contact with my daughter when she’s playing with friends. She loves to send me a wee voice update of where she is, and I can give a call easily to check in with her. The location accuracy is great, she only plays within our street but I can pinpoint exactly where she is.
We were so confident in the functionality we even took the watch on holiday with us to the Canary Islands and used it when visiting busy markets just in case.
I’ve recommended the watch to neighbours and friends, all the kids seem to love it too!

My daughter absolutely loves her watch. She's 9 so at the age of wanting a mobile phone and me not being comfortable with her having one due to social media and the fact kids have their phones glued to their hands! This is a perfect alternative,let's her call and text her friends but without the social media. Especially great during school holidays when she misses her friends.

We purchased this for our daughter who has additional needs. She would not be safe with a mobile phone as she is too Vulnerable and we would worry that she would lose it.
She constantly runs off and we have to go looking for her and often find her at strangers homes. She has no sense of stranger danger or road sense. We bought the watch as it can be linked to an app on our phones and we can track her, this gives her some independence and helps to build our trust, we can set safety zones so that it she stays out of the areaw we know she is safe it alerts our phones. This watch isn't all about safety there are games and educational activities also and our daughter loves these too, she feels very grown up when she wears It and puts her after school club activities in her calender so she kno s what her schedule is that day! It has a call feature so she can call us if she needs to and we can call her too. We can also control what numbers she has on the phone. So far it has been a great purchase, well worth the money

Our child loves this watch & the choice of watch straps too. It is easy for them to use giving them some independence and offering them some security too.
Would definitely recommend this watch.

Ordered 2 Edge watches for my twins.
Good functions and user friendly.
Giving 4 stars because it can be a bit slower to update location and needs refreshed a few times.
Not sure if it’s the watch or signal with GPRS.

Have recommended to a few other parents now and all happy with their purchase.

This watch has been the best gift we’ve given our daughter as it’s given her freedom to play out with her friends in a large area as we can always get hold of her or see where she is. She’s had the watch for over 2 years now.
She loves using her KiDSnav and we rate this product so much we’ve recommended it to loads of parents of her friends over 10 kids now have them and all enjoy the freedom of playing out in a rural setting.

I purchased one of these watches 2 years ago for at the time for my 6 year old daughter for being able to be in contact with her when she went out to play.
It’s a great watch for phoning her and her phoning us and she knows if she goes out to play she has to put her watch on first.
The gps isn’t always the best but it’s more the calling feature I’m interested in.
The gps can take a while to catch up.
The only issue I have had is my daughter got her watch wet when having a water fight so that’s the only down side is it’s not fully waterproof only splash proof so we had to Purchase another watch.
I will definitely be purchasing another of these watches for when my other daughter gets to the age of being allowed out and about herself.

Great experience, watch does everything it says. My little girl is 9 and love the freedom it gives her with the safety still on.

We own 2 watches and my children enjoy sending and receiving voice messages via the app with their parents when they’re on play dates.
We had issues with SIM card and then one device being undetected on the app but all quickly resolved with a few emails to customer services.
Would recommend purchasing screen protectors.

Sending back. Unfortunately when the watch is taken into Buildings it shows as being in China. I contacted customer services but was told to reset Wi-Fi! I have NO control of other people’s Wi-Fi. Very disappointing customer service experience.
In response, to confirm I have in fact been in touch and I just get robot replies of resetting MY router!

Great watch and easy for our 8 year old son to use. He has been able to call us when he his on his way to visit friends and gives him a sense of security. We like that we are able to see where he is on the maps aswell.
