Excellent watch which has given our child greater freedom, whilst we retain some peace of mind to allow us to keep in contact and check location as needed.

This little gadget is small and packs quite a lot of features but most importantly it allows me to see where my 8 year old is and lets him get in touch in emergencies. Its the perfect balance for a few years before getting a phone for him.

Overall, its proven useful on occasions where my sons went 'lost' or needed to get in touch for a pickup.

My daughter loves her watch and it’s great being able to call her. She’s too young for a phone and I want to put that off for as long as possible so this is a great alternative for keeping in touch.

Only negative is that the location isn’t that accurate.

We love this watch, gives us peace of mind when our child is out playing. The features of the watch are excellent, my son enjoys wearing it and it’s great that we can contact each other and he doesn’t need to carry around a phone.

My son used been using this watch for a year now. It alerts me via text when battery is at 20 percent so I never need to worry about him not v thinking to charge it. As another review says the texting buttons are small but he can read text from me give and reply with emoji or voice note if not wanting to call. We use the school mode to make sure he isn't tempted to distract himself. I like having a way to contact him on walk to and from school boy didn't want him having a phone and likely losing it.

Perfect watch to give me peace of mind while my daughter is out playing and easy to contact her without her having a phone. Good battery life, would recommend.

The watch has so far been really good, it gives my girl some freedom to go out without me and gives me peace of mind that I can see where she is or contact her and she can also contact me! She loves the "bump watch" feature with her friends too, great way for them to keep in touch when too young for a phone

Really excellent customer serve ice and the products are great - easy to use and my son loves his new found freedom now I can let him wander a bit, without having to fork out for a new iPhone and all the social media worry that comes with it

We got our son this watch in January 2023 amd it is still going strong.

Let's us know where our 8 year old is as well as being able to call him. He can call out to up to 10 registered numbers but can't text.

Scheduling feature is handy if ever need to wear to school.

I'm not sold on the 1p contract. Although it is cheaper than most I have to top up even though we have never and probably will never use the previous balance.

Sometimes the GPS is a little off which has caused a few issues but only on the odd occasion.

Overall great watch, sturdy and gives peace of mind when needed. Great that you can change the strap also for when they want a bit of change, feels like a new watch

This watch has been a great asset to us to enable to keep track of our daughter as she plays outside the house, it's a great middle ground when they are too young for a phone. Tracker is pretty good not perfect. I would recommend.

Very impressed with the watch itself.
Had a query which was answered extremely and we experienced an issue with a lead which was replaced immediately.

Brilliant watch which gives me peace of mind when the children are at clubs by themselves. Accurate gps and the do not disturb school mode is great for when they are in the classroom. Customer service is v responsive.

My son loves the watch and it's a happy middle ground before being allowed a mobile phone.
Ideal for calls and voice messages. Buttons are tiny for texting so very rarely used.
As all reviews state the GPS isn't always very accurate and works better if he's outside than in a building.
Credit seems to last a long time.

Bought this watch for my 8 year old as he didn’t want to carry his phone around and it is great he rings and messages me telling me where he is which makes me feel more at ease and I can track where he is which is an added bonus!… He loves the little math game on it too! Would recommend!

This watch has enabled my 7 year old son to have some more independence while giving me some peace of mind. He has enjoyed being able to contact his loved ones of his own accord and makes good use of the extra features, too. The sim package is very affordable and top ups are few and far between. The only reason for 4 stars is that the accuracy of the GPS isn't always spot on, however we do live in a remote area which may affect the accuracy.

Both my children have had these watches for a number of years and both still working great. Gives me peace of mind when they are out playing with their friends and allows them to stay in touch. I love that you can now also change the strap (an ideal stocking filler).

We’ve had a couple of KiDSnav watches (replacing previous ones also KiDSnav) - overall pleased with them, good features on watches and the app. Location seems to be accurate but would be useful if we could adjust position update rate for when trying to ‘home in’ on the watch/child. Would recommend.

Contacted company to tell them how pathetic this tracker is and got the most unprofessional response ever.
Offered no professional advice other than make sure you have a good data signal
Watch battery drains within minutes and location is way off infact it’s coming up we are in China not Scotland!!!

I would massively suggest anyone avoids this company

They did however tell me to send the pathetic piece of equipment back they did actually quote my description of their watch!!

You can’t fix a battery draining within seconds of it being taken of the charge?!
Refund is fine am just being honest with my review I am left with an upset boy wanting to know where his watch is

Great idea for piece of mind, my child isn't old enough for a phone and this is a great way to still be able to contact them when needed and for them to contact us. Also came in handy recently when my phone battery had run out!
