Watches are great quality and a great alternative if you are not ready to give your child a phone. I have 2 for both my boys and highly recommend! Thank you 😊

We've been using this for a while with our daughter and now passing to my son. Bought in 2022 and still working well. Gives us peace of mind that he can contact us if needed but doesn't need a phone. Features good, location sometimes a struggle to update but it does work. We've replaced strap a couple of times but good we can do that rather than have to replace whole watch. Would recommend

These watches have made such a difference to us and our little girl. She feels a sense of freedom and independence and we feel reassured knowing that she is in a safe zone/distance from the house and we can reach her when needed. The sound guardian feature is great and even if she doesn’t answer her watch, we are able to “check in” and make sure she’s ok.

Very impressed with this smart watch. My 8 year old is desperate to have a mobile phone but we compromised on this. She loves the kidsnav as she can video or audio call me plus can send messages. The functions are all controlled by me on the app so I can switch it off for school and add / remove functions. She uses it as a watch during school and I've set it to activate once she has finished. I'd recommend the screen protector too as my daughters is already a bit scratched. We've gone with the lucid but all the different named smart watches have the same features just look a bit different style wise. I think reasonably priced and a good quality product.

We ordered watches for our two boys (ages 6 & 7) so that we can easily track and keep in touch with each other if the boys aren't directly with us.
This was so handy for play parks, if the boys were at friends or relatives.

So far poor experience. I’ve been waited a week for a response to my email enquiry.

I have a watch I cannot set up and contacting customer services is impossible. I’m now wondering whether the whole company is a scam.

I have resent my email enquiry today and I hope to be able to post a more positive review if my issue can be resolved.

Product is great, particularly for when little one is starting to venture to the park! Mine did develop a fault however support team quickly replaced it. The calling and sms features are fantastic. Great service

Watch has been great for my daughter. Gives her that independence and me peace of mind.

It has so many functions, and you can set a school mode so it doesn’t disturb when at school.

Easy to track movements with map.

Highly recommend for kids first GPS / phone great way of keeping track of them when they first venture out. Great first step of independence. I've used the watch for both kids and it's brilliant.

This watch is great for younger children to allow you to call them and keep track of where they are when they are out and about. It doesn't have some of the ability of more expensive smart watches which will attract teenagers. My 10 year old loves her watch and as a parent I like being able to let her go out with her friends and not worry about her needing to take a phone with her.

My son loves his watch. Giving him a little independence but we are able to keep track on him. Great that the sim card is pay as you go. Battey life could be better. Had to turn off the pedometer as it was draining it. Other than that happy all round

There are a lot of good design elements to these watches - it's solidly built, and has at lot of well-thought out options in terms of GPS tracking, being able to lock it down when the child is at school etc. I'm personally uncomfortable with the features which allow for photos or sound recordings to be taken remotely - I'm not convinced all parents can be trusted with such capabilities! - but I would assume most will just not bother with them thankfully. The drawback to the watch is just how poor the battery life is, for no obvious reason. Its a very chunky device so there is plenty of room in there, and it's limited in what it can do, compared to a typical smartwatch, yet it needs charging every night - and that's even with it set to turn off at night. Given that kids aren't the best at remembering to do things this seems like an obvious weakness. I'm really not sure why a device with such limited features can't run for a whole week on a single charge.

My daughter is craving a little more independence, but am reluctant to buy her a phone because of all the social media pressures it will place on her.
This watch is a little godsend. It allows her to play a little bit more freely with her friends whilst being contactable and also trackable! Love it!

Purchased 2 watches for my twin boys 9th birthday, they are fab, so accurate, can phone msg, track, exactly what we were looking for 10/10

Just what we needed for my daughter. I feel the GPS isn't always quick/accurate enough to update but all in all fab watch for the kids. Love that I have a way of contacting them, have just bought a second watch to give to my other daughter.

Watch works well, just what I was looking for, easy to use for a child with no distracting games, map seems accurate and easy to set up!

We love the kidsnav! It is great to give my son that first bit of independence but I can still keep in contact with him & see where he is. We also like that do not disturb mode during school hours.
A fantastic little gadget!

This watch has made our life so much less stressful, and giving our 7 year old a new sense of responsibility and independence.

He’s able to go out and play without us worrying as you can set safe zones like the park that you get notified when he leaves. You can also call them to check if you ever get worried.

Great addition and we are planning on getting another for our youngest.

Kidsnav has been brilliant. It has given our child peace of mind when away from us but also peace of mind for us too. It has allowed independence but enabled us security. So far can't fault it. The app has been great for monitoring and showing where they are. Whe my youngest is ready I will get her one
