Have no complaints, company was very helpful with any questions, my daughter loves her watch and we have had no issues.

Excellent product for kids, gives me reassurance that my daughter is safe when playing out and I can easily contact her. Better then giving her a mobile phone as I can restrict the people she can communicate with via the app.

We bought a KidSDnav watch for our 8 year old when she started getting school transport to and from school. It's been amazing as it gives me security of being able to see where she is on her journey and she loves being able to message me from the watch to say when she's arrived and is on the way home again (with appropriate emoji so I know if she's had a good day!).
The watch is robust and the features are easy to use and the 'do not disturb' feature means the watch can be set to not be used during school lesson time.
I've contacted KiDSnav customer service a few times with general queries and they always respond quickly and helpfully. Also the subscription service is very economical and easy to set up.
This is the first smartwatch we've used for a child and would highly recommend it.

Had some trouble getting in touch with the company to deal with a watch that has stopped working/completely died just after the 1-month return window, but this has since been rectified.

They do warn of emails going into spam, but on checking spam folders nothing was received - so it's a mystery as to where the emails got blocked. Luckily they seem to have better luck getting through Gmail, so I was able to finally reach the customer service team. So do beware if you need to contact them from a provider like btinternet.com

Hoping to get a replacement and have better luck with that one -the app/GPS is very slow to update, but perhaps that's due to the sim card - so will see if a new watch with some edited settings helps with better outcomes to improve reliability...

Great for my 9yr old son to walk home on his own from school.

We originally bought my eldest son this watch to allow him some more freedom. We loved it so much that we bought a second for his sibling. It’s great for keeping an eye on where the kids are and getting in touch with them when they are out playing. Highly recommend this product. Used by all our friends and their children.

Have used product for over 3 years now

Got my 7 year old daughter a Kidsnav watch as a Christmas gift. It's been great! She enjoys the security of being able to contact me when she is out with friends/family and I like being able to contact her too.
We've been using the watch for 4 months now and have no issues with it at all, connectivity is good and its great value for money.
As she gets older and ventures out with her friends more independently it will be good to see her location on the app and to be able to stay in contact with each other.

Functional product which helps keep track of the kids when out and about. Helpful customer service when I had a setup query 👍

I had to contact Kidsnav for a few queries today.

Again they have went beyond what was expected to deliver a great service.

Prompt replies and quickly offering solutions.
Their after care is just a really good service.

Bought this watch for my son as he is too young for a phone. This gives him the freedom to go out without the worry of losing a phone. The app is free and really easy to work. You also choose who can call the watch to avoid unknown callers.

Bought my daughter a watch as we are not ready to get her a phone just yet, but she was looking to have more independence with her friends. This has been perfect for her and us. She can text her friends and family members (that we have approved) and we are able to get in contact with her when she is out with friends. We can also use the GPS feature to track where she is and we are altered if she ever leaves the 'safe' area that we have set. I also love that I can disable the features on the watch during school hours.

We will definitely buy one for our son when he is older.

Honestly, it’s been a game changer. We can ring each other, text each other and control his contacts via the app. The tracker can be a bit hit and miss but it’s accurate enough for what we need.
It’s given my son independence and given us peace of mind without us having the worry of what a smart phone can bring! The customer care team are amazing too and I would highly recommend using this family run business.

Great watch for being able to contact my daughter while she’s out playing and for her to contact us if needed, it also allows her a little more freedom while out with her friends. Good to have a way of contact without having to have a mobile phone.

Do not buy this watch if you are looking to track your child's where abouts! 99% of the time tracking shows wrong location and not just by a little, miles and miles out!! 2 watches do the same thing and even different sim cards/network providers and still the same rubbish.
And don't go buy their website reviews as they don't publish negative reviews.
