Fantastic watch .. great for my 7year old to use while out playing.
Would defo recommend to others.

The watch is really easy for my 7 year old to use, and gives us the confidence to let her have some more independence. The GPS updates regularly and has a boundary alarm too to ensure extra safety. The battery does run down faster than hoped which is the only downside. Plenty of great features on the app too. Very pleased with this purchase.

The watch itself is excellent and exactly what my 9 year old needs to give him more independence. I had a couple of issues connecting to the app but the customer service I received was excellent, responding really quickly over the weekend to sort it out.

Great watch, love the app, great customer service too. Recommended to all friends and family with little ones.

I have always found kidsnav to be helpful in setting up the watch, their technical support is excellent. We have 2 watches for our grandkids, they love them and the watches give us peace of mind and our grandkids some additional freedom

The features of the watch are great to allow my son more freedom whilst staying safe.
We can make 2 way calls, I can track his location and also listen in should I need to. Easy to use with a useful app to track information.

Great watch and great customer service.
I wanted to give my son more freedom but didn’t want him to have a mobile phone. This watch is perfect, it allows us to keep in touch when he’s out and I can track where he is. He can get in touch with me if he needs me very easily and he likes to text me updates. This watch has allowed him to have more freedom and to take responsibility, we chat about where he’s going and what time he needs to be back and he comes back on time, every time since having this watch! I would recommend these watches to anyone especially for that in between stage when they don’t need a mobile phone and you want to give them a bit of freedom but you are worried about where they are and if they are safe. Excellent customer service too, I had a problem with the first watch, contacted customer service and they sent a replacement within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend.

We bought one for our 7yr old as we felt her was too young for a phone but we wanted to be able to contact her and know she is safe when getting the bus home from school. As we live in the Isle of Man this watch was recommended to work with an Isle of Man SIM card which it did.

I’ve given 1 star for the following reasons:
1. it was really big/bulky and heavy for our daughters wrist - her and her sister hated wearing it saying it was uncomfortable
2. The battery life was shockingly poor - wouldn’t last the school day (well down to under 10% by 3pm) and they hadn’t been using or playing with it.
3. The gps tracker wasn’t great - I have it downstairs at the moment yet the app says it’s a few roads away!
4. Limited colours and designs and not as nice looking as the array of other smart watches on the market in the uk.
5. My girls seem to knock the volume button often ? so they never heard or felt us calling them
6. I always had trouble connecting my calls to the watch which made the watch pointless as I could never get hold of my daughter.
7. All in all for us personally, the watch was also expensive for what it delivered - a bulky watch that wasn’t reliable or do the job it was bought for.

The listening in and seeing her surroundings feature is great for emergencies but I wouldn’t want to use that feature just anytime as it invades my daughter’s privacy.

Wouldn’t buy this type again.

This watch is a must have for all parents who care for their kids. After this in-built camera calling feature, I am relieved from stress. No more worrying as to where my kid is. I can locate my kid through the gps tracker. Two-way communication with awesome features. Recommended this watch to so many friends in my neighbourhood. Now, most of the kids are kidsnav gang! 😊

Bought a watch for my daughter and within a few weeks it developed condensation under the watch face. Customer service was great, replaced it very quickly with no issues

Straight forward to set up and use, can voice call, video call and message. Particularly like the geofence where i get a notification if they leave the area i set up. Have recommended to friends.

Absolutely love this. Being able to keep in contact with my son and know where he is when out playing without having to get him a phone just yet, is amazing. We have had a kidznav watch for 2 years now and it's still as great as day 1. Sim prices are super low too and being able to buy a year plan was so handy with it being so little price. Watches are fab quality and I recommend them to everyone I know with kids.

Great device for kids who are too young for a mobile phone. Allows them to have some freedom whilst giving me peace of mind that I know where they are and can get in touch if needed. KidsNav customer service is also great.

We bought our son a KiDSnav ridge gps watch so we could always be reassured about where he is and are always able to get in contact with him. KiDSnav as a company have been first class from helping set up the device to replacing a charger cable for free after we accidentally damaged our one. I would recommend this watch for any parent we’ve loved ours.

Very please with our purchase. Allows our child a bit more freedom and the reassurance that we know exactly where he is at all times. The calling feature is excellent also as well as the emergency call function. The tracking can be a bit slow to update and I have had to remote restart it before to get an accurate location

This is a great watch which has gave my 7(now nearly 9) daughter some independence and freedom going to the park locally with friends. Those friends also have this watch and can chat to each other. I am able to track her and she can call me and I can call her. Give me reassurance and allowed us to build trust, she also feels safe with it on. I am able to find it when lost also which is useful by pinging it and locating the sound! My 5 year old can’t wait till she’s older to have her own. Our video calling /remote camera never ever worked properly but we didn’t really feel need for it , she can see me but I can’t see her. I would highly recommend and would buy again!

Have used it for the last 2 months for my kid. This is one of the few tracker watches on the market right now with a separate sim slot. The watch has so much potential but is massively let down by the software on the watch and also the app.

The touchscreen is a little slow to respond and not very sensitive, but I expected that due to the price. I can live with that.

The software on the watch is very slow and rather difficult to use.

The Kidsnav app is absolutely terrible. This company claims to be UK based, but the app is clearly created by someone who does not speak English at all. The terminologies on the app are all confusing, and the app is very difficult to use with lots of hidden settings.

Most importantly - the watch DOES NOT support real time location tracking. It will collect GPS data every 10 minutes (at the most), and you can request GPS manually. However, there is always a time lag between requesting a manual GPS to receiving it - the lag can be between 0.5-5 minutes! Useless if your autistic child has run away from you and you need to track them asap! If whatsapp supports realtime location tracking, why can't this dedicated tracker watch do this? I'm rather disappointed by this.

I will continue using the watch - merely because there are no alternatives on the market at the moment. However, there is so much potential to this watch, especially if the app can be improved and allow realtime tracking!

I’ve got two watches, my boys absolutely love them, I feel at ease knowing they’re not far away and also they love the fact they can ring their family by themselves! Fun little games on there too!
