J'ai commandé une guitare électrique Gretsch Streamliner g2622t en ligne sur le site de Keymusic.
Le paiement et l'accusé de réception ont été instantanés et la livraison a été très rapide.
Le gros bémol c'est le contrôle de qualité qui semble inexistant ou alors on a tenté de me refourguer un instrument endommagé. Premièrement l'embout de plastique sur le sélecteur des micros était plié et très endommagé, ce qui le rendait presque inutilisable, heureusement j'avais chez moi des embouts de rechange et j'ai pu le remplacer. Deuxièmement, le potentiomètre du master volume était complètement inutilisable, j'ai du retirer le bouton en plastique et resserrer l'écrou de la vis pour que celui-ci fonctionne. Enfin le pickguard (la plaque de protection) était très mal vissée et bougeait dans tous les sens. En somme rien de bien méchant lorsqu'on en est pas à sa première guitare et que l'on sait un peu bricoler, mais je me mets à la place d'un débutant qui se ferait livrer une guitare dans cet état... Dans l'ensemble l'instrument n'a pas de défaut majeur et le réglage est plutôt correct. Je déplore simplement qu'ils n'aient pas pris la peine d'inspecter l'instrument avant l'expédition pour corriger les petits soucis auxquels j'ai du faire face.

À la réception de ma commande livrée aux magasin de Bruxelles, je constate que la guitare a été utilisée, plein de trace de doigts sur la table, elle est sale et des micros griffes sur le dos et une ou deux sur la table. J'ai refusé l'achat et je m'aperçois aujourd'hui que l'article a été remis à la vente au même prix comme une guitare neuve
. Je ne trouve pas ça très correct. Plus jamais ce magasin.

Malgré des photos alléchantes, un site prometteur, il faut savoir que KEYMUSIC propose à la vente des instruments qu'ils n'ont pas.
Sous un couvert trop aimable, j'ai dépensé 2250 euros pour un instrument (Piano numérique) que je ne verrai peut-être jamais!!!
Le site précisait pourtant que cet instrument était disponible sous 4 jours!
Les interlocuteurs ne sont jamais les mêmes, ne connaissant pas votre dossier, sont obligés par la situation d'être imprécis dans leur réponse.

Toutefois, rebondissement ce même jour!
Une assistante sérieuse de cette enseigne a fini par en référer à sa hiérarchie, laquelle semble avoir pris les mesures nécessaires pour la livraison de mon piano, avec un cadeau d'excuse en prime.
Livraison dans quelques jours à priori!
Et après plusieurs jours à attendre, le voilà!!!
Beaucoup d'efforts mais le résultat est là!

Originally I ordered some out of stock items and noticed the website mentioned it’s a good idea to contact customer support to get a delivery date. I mailed support and got a delivery date pretty fast. Which turned out to be in a couple of months. So I asked to change the order and they did it right away. My new order arrived as stated(1week delivery time). Packaging was well done . I really enjoyed the service .So for me personally I had a good experience with ordering online.

Klantenservice heeft voor mij uitgezocht hoe ik een product kon bestellen wat ze zelf niet konden leveren. Deze medewerker deed dat geheel op eigen initiatief en op een super vriendelijke manier. Echt top. Gelukkig bestaan ze nog, een klantenSERVICE

It used to be a good business, with good service. Sadly I have experienced for 3 times now, that I ordered a product online which said to be 'in stock' and 'will be send out within 1 day or 1-3' the product wasn't Turned out the product was not in stock and they had to re-order it. Last time, I waited 1 month and they still didn't ship out my item. I had to email them myself to ask why it hasn't been shipped out yet. They told me they were expecting it to arrive anytime and they will ship it asap. Another week gone by, and nothing. Long story short, each time I had to contact them myself in order for something to happen. Right now, I am emailing them because they still haven't refunded my payment even though I contacted them 2 weeks ago and they told me they would refund me. It is unbelievable. Very bad business.

Estoy teniendo una experiencia horrible con esta gente, llevo casi un mes de espera, con un recambio de un teclado Mininova que pedí.
Y ya no tienen ni en existencia el producto.

Nunca Jamás, con una vez, me es suficiente.

Keymusic gent ( zeer vriendelijk) stuurt ons naar key Antwerpen omdat de toptoestellen daar te zien zijn . Na 50 km rijden mochten wij niet met 2 binnen . Wij zijn 35 jaar met elkaar gehuwd , niet gevaarlijk en van plan een grotere aankoop te doen ,Oa een e drumstel met versterking en een studio opname mengtafel . Geen plectrumke . Volgens de regering mag dit voor grote aankopen. De winkel was op verkopers na , nagenoeg leeg. Terwijl we daar waren zijn 3 koppels en een vader moeder en zoon binnen gemogen. Was dit nu zo een onaangename discussie waard? Bedankt key ! Er bestaat ook nog iets als Bax shop ,Goes is ook nie zo ver rijden. Hopelijk zijn ze daar ons genegen. Gent krijgt misschien ook wel nog een kans.

I can see why other people complain about delivery times, and I'm glad I went to the store first before ordering online.

Their website fails to mention that, for example, the ATH-M50x take multiple weeks to deliver due to a supply issue with the manufacturer. But listen, it's not these fine people's fault that a product will take long to deliver because of things beyond their control.

My advice to Keymusic? Make it clear that you don't have the product available AND state how long it might take to get it restocked. That probably fixes most of the issues here.

Although, I wouldn't bash their service. I went to their physical shop and talked to one of the friendliest salespeople I've ever dealt with: Kenneth Verresen. This guy rocks! He went above and beyond to get me a more precise delivery time for my cans, by emailing the official distributors directly, and communicating to me their response. Am I happy with the long restocking time? No, but their service was top notch, and I can only blame the distributor and/or the manufacturer.

So I can see how they could improve things, but don't go after their people, everyone at the store was friendly and helpful, plus it's a terrific environment and a thing of beauty, reminiscent of the old days.

Zeer goede service! Ben reeds meerdere malen naar de fysieke winkels in Brugge en Gent geweest, het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en helpt je met zowat alle mogelijke zaken.

Helaas een nare ervaring in de winkel van Keymusic. Het personeel deed erg lastig om een product te retourneren en het geld terug te betalen. Na een aantal belletjes met de klantenservice zijn we tot een goede oplossing gekomen, erg snel gehandeld waardoor mijn ervaring toch goed is gekomen!

Fijne winkel om in rond te lopen met goede verkopers die weten waarover ze praten en trachten te weten te komen met wie ze te doen hebben zodat ze je beter kunnen verder helpen. Het kopen van een gitaar of een effect mag even duren.. ik koop dat niet elke week, en al zeker niet online.. en moest ik dat wel doen, ben ik eerst in de winkel geweest en maakt het me niet uit of ik er enkele dagen op moet wachten.. het enige wat ik online bestelde waren snaren en een capo en die kwamen mooi op tijd!

mijn gitaarkabel die ik moest gebruiken om mijn basgitaar te versterken was kapot toen die bij mij geleverd werd. Ik had toen een mail gestuurd naar keymusic en ik kreeg een nieuwe die de volgende dag al in huis was! Echt een goede service! Bedankt keymusic voor het snelle terug reageren en de goede service!

Vlotte levering weliswaar met deellevering tgv levertermijnissue van 1 product.
Goede communicatie via mail, prima orderbevestiging en afhandeling.

excellent store experience! They have a huge offer of the most beautiful instruments and the service by the people in the shop is always on point. My go to shop for all my musical needs.
