dreadful customer service. bought a camera and it wasn't suitable, ive returned it, costing me £28.00 and completed all correct declaration customs forms, contacted them numerous times and still no refund! Website misleading! thought i was buying off a British company and its from China. never used camera but it was cheap and plastic!

Disappointing Quality – Screen Burst & Power Issues After Warranty

I purchased a dash cam from KNF Concept (KNFATEC CONCEPT) and just one week after the warranty ended, the LCD screen started to darken in the middle — it looks like it’s spilled or burst from the inside. On top of that, the device now won’t turn on or off properly, even though it was working fine for the past year. This is incredibly frustrating, especially for a safety device that’s supposed to be reliable. The company offers no support or repair options. I would strongly advise others not to buy anything from their website. Very poor product quality.

I purchased a K&F tripod from Kentfaith UK, despite it being in the cheaper price bracket than some, it was performing well and I liked the adjustment on the roller-ball head. While the camera mounting system was different to traditional, it seemed to work well.

Everything was great until when I extended a leg a few days ago it fell out. So I contacted Kentfaith who immediately sent out a replacement. While I provided photo's to prove the leg was broken, there was no quibbling, just replace. Cannot argue with that.

I purchased four K & F Nano X UV filters from Kentfaith after reading reviews and originally buying just the 67mm to try myself on my Canon RF 100-400 which appears good quality and without affecting the image quality. I also placed one one my RF 600 again very happy with the results, on my new RF 200-800 however even though the physical quality of the filter looks just as good I can definitely see a loss in image quality, so much so that even though it was the most expensive I have had to leave the filter off, which is disappointing. I have done dozens of test shots, with filter on and filter off and the difference is markedly worse, I can only think it is down to the extreme telephoto length although on the RF 600 everything looks good. Apart from that the service and delivery have both been very good.

If there was 0 stars, I would have rated kentfaith with it.
I bought an otoscope with a screen and the description and pictures on the item did not at all match the quality of the otoscope received. It is not usable in clinic at all with such terrible camera and image quality. I emailed twice in the span of 3 weeks regarding a return and received no reply or even acknowledgement. The item was quite pricey and for such quality is a scam.

Given their url is a .co.uk I assumed the company was based in the UK. However it is not. Don't be fooled by this site.

Amazing customer service when I accidentally order the wrong filter.

Do not be fooled by the name this is not a UK company. I bought a pair of night vision binoculars off them and a, stand alone, CCTV camera, looked good in the pictures provided, looks like a child’s toy when the binoculars arrived and the camera worked for a few months then dead. Imported junk. Please avoid. Also ignore their reply to this, their return policy is a joke. Sell what you described and make sure your description is accurate. You won’t get bad reviews, simple.

I had query with my order. It was answered and resolved within minutes. It does not happen very often to have company working with and for clients so well

I needed an instruction manual for a discontinued trail camera as I'd misplaced the original. I received a PDF copy within hours.

I ordered a wall bracket. I had mistakenly inputted one character wrong in my email. I contacted support. It took a while for them to get back to me but when they did they got everything with my order aligned and details sent to me straight away. I have a camera sling bag from K&F and the quality is superb. A brand I will be sticking with for sure. James - Life Is Sound

I had a problem with my macro lens attachment.
I first had instructions to resolve the problem.
Having failed to resolved it, I report it again.
Kentfaith reply: " We have just sent you a new unit as we speak. Tracking number as follow!!
Four days later I received a brand new kit.
Thank you Kentfaith!!

Pues resolvieron mi problema rápido y fácil no tardaron mucho

easy shopping, great service, items arrive quite quickly from china, sometimes it would be nice to speak to someone regarding technical questions ie the hugh variety of adapter rings, chosing the right one can be tricky if your new to camera/ lens accessories, but items are competitively priced and super high build quality.

Have purchased a few items from KF and all have been great quality. Orders are posted quickly and you are kept up to date throughout the process.

I bought a wireless WiFi microscope as it has a stand so that it helps to see more clearly at high magnification. I had to ask Kent Faith for technical help and their advice was helpful. The microscope was a good price.

Purchased a telescope, was sent a used broken one, it arrived late, they implied they were British based company and dispatch was from Ireland when in fact it was China,
they have since reached out to me and sent another telescope unopened and new with their apologies, looks in order, took a while to sort this out so is supect a language barrier was the cause
