Absolute appalling service

Absolute appalling service. I wanted to return the product due to very poor quality and Kentfaith made it extremely difficult for me to return the product. Firstly, offering me a derisory amount on several occasions to keep the product which I wanted to return. When I was finally able to return the product, I had to pay the postage of over £50 and Kentfaith refused to reimburse me for both the postage and the item so I had to claim through my credit card company. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

First class product and service

Firstly, the product, magnetic ND, GND and Polariser filters. Brilliant. So much easier, and more convenient, than traditional screw filters. It’s difficult to describe how much easier they are to use, until you do!

I’d suggest that they mark the filters on the outer ring rather than the bezel.

With regard to customer service, I’d say better than that normally received from UK companies. I made a mistake and explained to KF. They suggested a way around the problem to resolve. I ended up paying nil for the product, but paid six times for delivery! But it worked and solved my mistake.

KF are always my “first stop” when looking to buy photography equipment.

Great quality and competitively priced!!

A trusted Brand.

I have purchased several items from Kentfaith, including tripod heads, mini tripods, magnetic adapters for Action cameras and the latest, filters for my Osmo Action 6, which included a CPL and ND filters. The quality is always good using descent materials and I found it to be a brand that I can trust.

Magnetic Neutral Density Filter

I’ve had my ND64 (6 stop) filter for around six months. Very impressed with the quality and ease of use. I can quickly snap on the filter and instantly reduce shutter speed down to 1/4 or 1/2 a second, even in bright sunlight. Great for introducing motion blur, which works well on my Fuji X-T5 in my style of street photography. (@47photography.bsky.social on Bluesky)

I’ll probably get another one in a smaller size for my film cameras, although hand holding will be more tricky without IBIS.

Would never go anywhere near this company again.

I ordered an underwater camera for my daughter, for Christmas. When it arrived I was a bit surprised how poor quality it appeared to be, but at that point my daughter still seemed happy with it. We got it charged so my daughter could use it on a walk the next day but when we turned it on after charging it showed the battery only had two bars worth of charge rather than 3. Based on this we charged the other battery (which I was initially impressed was included) that came with it so we had a back up, however the second battery did the same thing. When we started using the camera both batteries went flat within 20-30mins so we were massively disappointed. When we got home we tried both batteries again, but the same thing happened. I contacted K&F and they came back saying I had to video the charging and the batteries not working. Although I did the videos in sections at the start, throughout and at the end they were clearly large files. I then had to put them on Google drive. After a large amount of emails regarding the access rights to Google drive they wanted they acknowledged it could be returned. The return was to China and had to be tracked, which cost £20. Based on there being two batteries that had to be returned it was very difficult to get this done as spare batteries, not within the camera are not allowed. If I am being sceptical I suspect this is the sole reason why they send you two batteries. I finally got an email saying they would process a refund but they would only cover £5 postage and this had to be paid by PayPal (which i don't have an account for) and it couldn't be added to the refund amount. So in summary, my daughter was very disappointed, I had to spend at least 4hours of my life trying to return the camera and it cost me £20! Isn't it strange how there is no option to add a review to their website and all the ones on there are all good and all done within a 3month period.

Received a faulty camera at Christmas

Received a faulty camera at Christmas. Few emails with the company who after providing video evidence agreed to replace the camera. The item was apparently on its way to us however the delivery company didn’t recognise my home address and are returning the item to sender. Despite several emails requesting evidence and confirmation of the address they used, providing the address in the exact format they required I have had no response now for a week. Very slow customer service, no attention to ensuring that faulty items are replaced timely. Really disappointed 10 year old without a Christmas present.

A mile long list of return process



Update: K&F has kindly agreed to issue a full refund for the product.

Update 2 - 12/02/26: K&F has finally issued full refund minus £8 i spent sending the product back to them in China! They wanted me to change my review rating to 5 star, offering refund even before they received my return. Contradicting their own returns process stated earlier.

Here's the original review, stay away from this brand:

A mile long list of return process!

K&F was supposed to offer simple 30 day returns option.

Will not buy their products in the future nor recommend to anyone.

It it is definitely worth paying more and sourcing products from within UK.

Hi we ordered an expensive telescope…scammers

Hi we ordered an expensive telescope from this company but the instructions are very unclear and we are not able to see anything through the telescope. We would like return the telescope because it doesn’t help at all. Our order number is: KF-order-1-601105

The telephone number doesn’t work and the live chat link also does not work. I am unsure how to proceed next with this company.

Customer Service representatives got in touch once I wrote the review. They do not offer free returns for faulty products and you have to pay to send the product back to china. They do not let you return goods in the UK warehouse. They were very reluctant about returns and asked to send video of the item, once I sent the video of telescope that I can not see anything through it even in the daylight let alone night time. The person on WhatsApp chat said nothing is wrong with their product and do you not like the product . Very interesting fact they offered me £40 refund for taking the negative review down, which I refused and chose to warn other customers off these scammers. Be really careful buy products from this company as I lost my money on this telescope.
