Good quality cables, delivered quickly at a fair price, can't beat that.

I've purchased from Kenable many times previously via marketplaces but this time dealt direct as item came up in a search.. Very good description.. worked perfectly to link my new digital voice hub to old existing telephone sockets. Highly recommended - professional company, good communication/response and service. Very quick dispatch (arrived next day). Couldn't be better

I’ve used Kenable before without issues, but my experience with Order 002171643 has shown a serious problem with how this company handles refunds — and based on other Trustpilot one star reviews, it’s not just me.

I paid extra for next‑day DHL delivery because timing mattered. Kenable marked the item as dispatched, then the next morning I was told delivery would be delayed. That completely defeated the purpose of paying for next‑day service, particularly as I would not be available on the day of their choice.

Customer service admitted the failure, agreed to recall the parcel, and promised a full refund immediately once it returned to their warehouse.

That was two weeks ago.
Still no refund, no update, no action.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern: Kenable simply does not process refunds, even when the mistake is entirely theirs.

I now have no choice but to pursue a chargeback through my bank.
I will not be using Kenable again.

I thought I was buying a British made electical extension. Turns out it was one 'made in china'. I find this disappointing as I am very wary of buying 'cheap' electrical devices for fear of fire.

These guys sell kenable extension leads on amazon. They are the seller and they also list kenable as the brand. What they send is a pro elec extension lead. This is very misleading behaviour and not what I would say is characteristic of a reputable company. I won't be dealing with this company again.

Kenable were recommended to me by a friend, and they have been a lifesaver. I was having issues with various devices and ended up writing a very long email to their customer service. A lovely person named Slavo spent considerable time and patience helping me understand the issues and sourcing the right cables and adaptors to fix the problem. I cannot express strongly enough how much I appreciated the personal service I received. I would recommend the company and, in particular, this wonderful member of staff to anyone. Thank you

I received today 14/02/2026 10 way 2m extension. Good quality.

Bought a long active HDMI cable from them and product is great.

Had an issue where it broke after 11 months and after talking to customer services via email they were able to replace. Would have realistically bought a other one from here anyway even if they hadn't - so was good of them to do the replacement.

I bought a CAT 7 cable off this company. The cable output measured was 90mbps indicating defective cable. Speeds were considerably higher when swapping to an old CAT 6 cable 930 Mbps. Told this company and they were not interested. Poor customer service and sub standard cables.
