Very good company to do business with. I've ordered several audio cables from them and been really happy with the quality and the price. The manager even called me on the phone just to double check something regarding my order too. That in itself is rare nowadays. Really great company and I'm very happy with the products and the customer service.

USB Charger failed suddenly after 4 months. Kenable responded quickly, asked me to perform a few simple tests, then promptly replaced the unit foc. Excellent customer service. (I originally thought I bought it from Amazon and was going to bin it as not worth the aggravation trying to deal with amazon!)

Once again, great price, easy website navigation, quick delivery of good quality product.

Would appear this is the normal with this company, cables not delivered to the correct address, signed for by someone who put my first name / surname in the wrong order (this was pointed out by the Kenable person I spoke too / they also agreed that I'd given the correct address when ordering) yet apparently it's my fault and problem; I ordered replacement cables from Amazon as it was a time sensitive situation. Kenable have taken the attitude that it's my fault for not responding quickly to the goods not turning up. How would I of know that they'd been delivered and signed for if they delivered them to the wrong address, the postcode of the delivery address is unique to the building, therefore Kenable's courier shorten the address to the flat number and the road, not the flat number and the building name, and the road name, which ment the item was delivered to the wrong end of the road to a property with a different postcode......so this experience has cost me about £70 plus hassle. They seem to like responding with an attack in a very arrogant / belligerent manner, let's see what their helpful team come up with for this complaint, obviously it will be my fault......

Found them while looking for a new cable. Prices are better than amazon and shipping was prompt so fast that I even got next day by royal mail. Got a new customer for life.

The website is clearly laid out, with a good range of products at a reasonable price, shipping was also fairly priced, and my order was delivered quickly.

I only discovered this company in the past few months, but it seems like I have been missing out. They don't just sell the basics, this company sells literally every cable you can think of (or it seems like it at least), for low prices as well!

I've made two orders recently and both orders have arrived in a very good amount of time and I've been very pleased with the quality.

I will no doubt order from here again. I would highly recommend them.

Kenable sells cables and wires and adapters, and stocks just about everything one could possibly want. They deliver by Royal Mail and charge less for a small light-weight order than anybody else I know.

I have used them several times this year. Always reliable. Order through the website and it's with Royal Mail within hours.

I've been really impressed as a new customer. I was experiencing intermittent TV signal issues, so I ordered some RG6 aerial cables from Kenable as a final attempt before calling a professional. The new cables were not only cheaper but also of much better quality compared to the ones I had previously bought from 'that' e-commerce site. They solved my TV signal problems for the price of a pint.

This is a veritable jewel in the crown of St Helens! Super-wide selection of computer nicknacks/ leads etc etc. Clearly laid-out website, good quality products at sensible prices and no rip-off delivery charges. Also fast delivery. I bought a USB hub (a "splitter") from Kenable for £3 plus, which was mailed the same day and arrived immediately. None of the "allow 10 days for delivery" rubbish. Great service! In addition, why such a simple small device with a few centimetres of wiring should cost twenty times more from some outlets is beyond me, but maybe I am missing something.
