Process of order was great, but the item I purchased did not fit our UTV.
So now I have to figure out the return policy and process.

Nice case
Nice case, my rifles and shotguns fit in nicely. I think there’s enough padding as to not damage firearms while riding. I have mine on the headache rack. I’ll probably and a piece of foam to the headache rack just to be sure on rough terrain.

Zipper quality on cab enclosure is less than desirable
I think the cab enclosure would be excellent and deserve a 5 star rating, but the zipper quality is very poor. You say not to trailer the machine with the enclosure on, but this is an unreasonable expectation. Adding to that, much of our riding is at highway speeds which is the equivalent of trailering the machine with the enclosure on. Our first enclosure is less than a year old probably about 7-8 months and the zippers have all failed. We did buy a replacement but will not buy another if the zippers fail again. A better quality zipper would justify a more expensive product within reason.

Should be a little better designed
The bracket where the hydraulic shocks attach has had the rubber pieces come loose and slide down twice and I’ve taken them off and put back in place. When this happens the whole bracket becomes loose and they’re loose again. Not very well designed.

Generally quick shipping. Products are pretty well constructed. Last purchase was 4-5 days without tracking. Reached out to them and quickly was remedied.

The mirrors are ok but they are too close to the side I have to move your self all around to find a spot where you can see
