My fan I ordered took 2 months to receive which was fine. You told me upfront. But it arrived broken and am still waiting for an answer. The one I ordered is on back order again and I told the representative to send me the upgraded version which is in stock. Still waiting for an answer.

There was an issue with the remote…
There was an issue with the remote control. I contacted customer service and received an immediate response. Customer service agreed and is sending a replacement. This is exactly how "customer service" is suppose to function. Highly recommended.

It took 9 months to get my order
It took 9 months to get my order. Sent an email and never got a reply so I chalked it up and started shopping elsewhere
After writing this review I was emailed by kemimoto and they made it right.
