Bought Polaris Ranger windshield upon installation it has a gap around both sides of it, after 19 emails with an AI generated response I gave up!!!
The most pop ups on a website that I’ve ever seen. Zero customer service unless you consider AI generated responses ok.

Center console…
We were looking for a center console for our Ridge and came across the one for Polaris. It fits perfect and give us extra space. Definitely worth the money.

I waited forever to get what I ordered it seemed like I got it to the mechanic and it's not everything that was supposed to come with the order there's no flasher relay or harnessed it goes with it is what he's saying and there's no relay to plug into the back of the dash of the 2021 razor XP 1000 premium as advertised that it would have I am so frustrated with this whole Frasco if you cannot send me the right wiring harness I would just like a refund

I’ve waited an extended period of time…
I’ve waited an extended period of time for no one to be able to tell me where my item was or where it was going when I finally showed up all that I got was an empty box with no signals inside now I’m waiting again to see if they will rush me a new signal switch set for my side-by-side, but I am still waiting. This has been the worst shopping experience I have had two date. No one really wants to expedite a replacement and no one seems to really care.

Reputable company
I order a portable propane hot water heater and when I went to use it did not heat up. I contacted customer service at Kemimoto, they rectified the situation and sent a new machine.
The new one works perfectly with no problem and I am extremely happy with Kemimoto and how quickly they solved the issue. Kemimoto customer service is very professional and easy to work to work with. I highly recommend purchasing Kemimoto products, because they stand behind their products.
