Keen Gardener Recenzje 

I ordered Monday for Mothers Day the following Sunday. Website said items were despatched same day when in stock and delivery was 2 days. I contacted Keen Gardener on Thursday as I havent heard anything and they hadnt even sent the item out yet. Said they were sending today on a 2-3 day delivery. Very poor service. I have cancelled the order and will buy local. Disappointing.

Ordered 4 wall pots, they arrived quickly but one was damaged.
E-mailed Keen Gardener and within half an hour had a reply saying they would replace the pot. New pot arrived in 2 days. Excellent service from Keen Gardener, will definitely use them again.

Bought a Victorian Tall wall greenhouse from Keen Gardener and it was such a smooth process and at a great price bought loads of stuff from them since and they are so easy to buy from

I bought a portable gas fire after I opened it there was a dent in the side I contacted Keengardener straight away to let them know I even sent photos iv gave it five days for a reply but nothing

Ordered a water feature came next day delivery excellent service plus it was £75 cheaper than our local
garden Centre would definitely recommend this company.

I bought a buschbeck BBQ slight problem with it not Keen gardeners fault . I got offered a different product from buschbeck which I accepted . That product broke after 2 uses , I contacted Keen gardener and they sorted out with buschbeck and I was given another replacement . Wish all retailers were this helpful .

Ordered Monday lunchtime , arrived Tuesday morning. I was kept fully informed of my delivery schedule, including the name of the driver !! A first class service. I will definitely use this company again if the opportunity arises. Well done.

The service although quirky was brilliant. Ordered Saturday night - product arrived Tuesday morning. No acknowledgement of my order and no confirmation that my order was on its way. Perhaps this is the way forward - why block the internet with emails telling customers this or that when you can get the goods to the customer that quick.

Ordered an item from Amazon, at what I thought was a good price. The expected delivery to me was May /June, 2-3 months after ordering.
