Delivery was poor. I paid for DPD delivery and the order came through Tuffnells. Unlike DPD Tuffnells did not send us notification of when the delivery would arrive, the name of the delivery driver etc. Customer service at KeenGardener were engaging and for this reason I have not given one star. I would not be inclined to use them again. We never did receive the email from Tuffnells and the tracking was appalling as it did not work.

Excellent customer service. I had a couple of problems with my order and both times they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would definitely buy from this company again.

This company are second to none I purchased a lifestyle greenhouse heater in December last year only a few days ago it was shutting down randomly. I messaged keen gardener. They had a technician call me on Wednesday. After our conversation. They kindly sent a replacement free of charge. It arrives today. I cannot praise this company enough for there Excellent service and communication thankyou again keen Gardener 👍🏻

Amazing service from keen gardener
I ordered a hose reel this was delivered ahead of time. There was a fault with the unit I rang and spoke to a human being instead of a chatbot and the issue was resolved the same day and a replacement was dispatched. This is now up and running. I can't fault this company and would recommend them to friends and family and would certainly buy from them again

Efficient operation and fast delivery. I bought a Char-griller Akorn Jr kamado grill with the best price from Keen Gardener.
However, I found a corner of the cast iron grate has already become rusty when opened.

I can’t fault this company and I will definitely buy from them again .

Bought a gas fire as an emergency standby just in case we experienced power cuts. The fire arrived on time and we tested the fire and everything okay. Just before Xmas. I tried the fire whilst visiting my elderly mum and found that the electronic ignition was not working. Changed the battery and still not working. Contacted Keen Gardener and explained the issue. Following day a new ignition unit had been sent out. It took five minutes to change and everything back working. Great prompt attention and service . Many thanks

A trustworthy experience , phoned company to make sure item was actually in stock , that was confirmed. So completed the order via website. No problems. Item arrived as described perfect working order. Stock of this item had been rare to find , hence why I phoned first. Delivery was a couple of days more than I expected but there has been much disruption on our roads and postal strikes to add the pressure, so am happy enough as the item was delivered to my front door step and I was informed the approximate time of day to be delivered. I would recommend this seller and glad I grabbed the item when I did as it has gone up in price everywhere

Order was due Friday then Saturday

Blame lies with Hermes but as a customer I am very unimpressed. “Left in a secure place”!! Dumping parcel at the gate which cannot be seen from the house, not even. Bothering to ring doorbell. As a courier company they are the worst!! I had to hunt for the parcel which arrived several days late. Conflicting messages on track my parcel as well.

I really want to give this company ten stars! I ordered some steel fencing and accessories - ìt arrived promptly and in good condition. I was impressed with the product so ordered some more - then thought I'd ordered too much so contacted the company and they couldn't have been more helpful - amended the order over the phone and gave a refund within minutes! All the staff I spoke to or dealt with by online chat or email were tremendously helpful and efficient - I will use this company for all my gardening needs!

Having identified the shed we wanted, I made an enquiry of this retailer as it was not available ex-stock. It was, however, in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse and at other retailers.

Following the online chat, I was promised a next day response to this enquiry but, 3-days later, I found I had to chase to receive it. Not brilliant but no great shakes either.

What happened next was a little perplexing: the retailer could not supply one as their warehouse was out of stock. Fair enough. However, if they got the manufacturer to ship it directly to us (i.e. no direct costs would be incurred by the retailer for this transaction) I could have one in 10-14 days for a price £99 higher than their previously quoted RRP (the one published on Keen Gardener's site!).

The product is available elsewhere from retailers who ALSO fulfil their orders direct from the manufacturer ... at a £130 discount ... in 3-5 days!

So, in order to wait a little longer and avail myself of the privilege of using this retailer, it's going to cost me a >£100 supplement. Their value-add will be, precisely ... zero! In fact, for worse service, I'm being asked to pay a £200 supplement over their competitor's offering!

How very strange.

If I were Keen Gardener's management, I think I'd have a word with my Purchasing team and a chat with the Warehouse staff and, perhaps, review my stock management capability.

The shed is now ordered (from a competitor) and despite having had my time wasted, I'm just left shaking my head rather than being annoyed. This particular piece of business has been lost, as has any future business they would have garnered as we revamp our garden. What a ridiculous way to conduct oneself in a highly competitive and price-sensitive market.

Ordered grattan furniture on line..got a call to confirm del. Then a call from the lads on the day to say they would be an hour.. lads were great an helped with carrying it in to garden..A+

Ordered the Hartman Berkeley Bronze/Amber 107cm dining set in April 2022 (order number 1300975795). On delivery found that one chair was misaligned causing the chair to rock. Spoke to Kate at Keengardener who was extremely helpful and friendly and sorted the problem with Hartman who dispatched another chair. The product overall is good, sturdy but light enough to move around as required.Seat covers are of good quality and the parasol is robust and easy to open by use of the winding handle.
One major concern to me is that I ordered the product via the TopCashback website and the potential saving was a key factor in the decision to buy from Keengardener. Unfortunately, the cash-back has so far not been forthcoming. I have raised a claim with TopCashback, who have confirmed it's a valid claim, and they inform me they are waiting on Keengardener. This is disappointing, as reflected in my marking but I hope the claim is resolved soon.

Just bought a Claber tripod sprinkler from Keen Gardener. Arrived sooner than expected! Also we’re competitive on price - bought directly from them as opposed to from them on Amazon - at least gives them better margin!

Had a few issues with a lean-to greenhouse that came direct from Forest Garden, but the Customer Service team at Keen Gardener were on it straight away and resolved all the problems. As customers, we felt like we mattered for a change. First class service.

Bought a plastic shed from these guys who were by far the cheapest at the time. From ordering to delivering took just 3 days. Awesome and would look at using these guys again.
