A really positive experience
I spoke to a lovely lady today, she was kind helpful, very well informed and supportive. She was extremely patient with me as I have a speech difficulty which was tough that day. This posed no problem to Sharon.She sorted my issues out swiftly and kindly. Many thanks.

Visited the vets, received an estimate of the work needed. I rang the insurer with details and was helped through the process. Rang my vet with the details, forms sent, received notification next day the claim was accepted. Could not he better

Polite and helpful sorted out my query only issue was hanging on phone 15 mins listening to the same thing over and over do we wish to know when it first started and what was insured the only thing missing was the horses name.

It was nice to actually speak to a human. Jenny listened, understood what we were after and did everything that she could to assist us. We believe many companies are losing out on good customer service by turning everything to machines. Kennel Club please continue to have human contact. It’s so important.
